Can we make a seperate city for Microsoft employees to live in?

I feel that Microsoft employees are a community unto themselves and have little to no interest in participating in their neighborhoods much less aknowledging their actual neighbors. Maybe they should have their own town where they could participate in their own homogenized events and drab culture. I feel they travel the streets with blinders on and have no awareness of what the people around them are doing. This is of course a stereotype and not all Microsoft employees fit this mold. If only there was a way to keep their dollars in our economy but not have to interact with them.
