I don't get it....Why won't they put one in Yucaipa or Calimesa? We go far those great burgers. There would be plenty of business here in this area.
As for old people, I have lot's of senior relatives and the first place they want to go after landing in Ontario is In n Out. My parents eat there and love it too! Dad will be 80 in January. Enough said.

Great news for highland. In this economy were very lucky a new business wants to build here in Highland. Hopefully it will attract more resturants to this location.

"I think In-N-Out is going to draw business no matter where
they're at, even if they were right in the middle of the desert between here and Barstow," she said. "People do like that In-N-Out, and rightly so."

There is one In and Out in Victorville and another two in Hesperia and Apple Valley. I doubt that someone is going to pass those up to drive all the way to the new one in Highland.

The Sun's system identifies the city you are in when you type your comment. I have typed some from my laptop when I have been in Riverside, and it has identified me as being from Riverside, although I live in Lake Arrowhead. When I do my commenting from my home computer like I am doing now it identifies me as being from Lake Arrowhead.

Good luck! The city of Highland is the worst city to do business. I guess they will have to learn.

Increase the class? You do realize that before there was "East Highland" there was just plain old "Highland" (emphasis on "old"), merely an extension of San Bernardino. If you want higher class than In-N-Out you're going to have to change the name from East Highland to North Redlands and then you may have a chance.
There already is a North Redlands....it is a ghetto slum.

What about Rialto off of the 210 freeway? We have the room, we have the homeless, what more does In-N-Out want? I also get bugged all the time in Barstow too asking me for money outside that place too!

Wow, city going down the tubes drunks every night on the streets parties the lazy Highland Police refuse to deal with illegal rentals, garages with 3 families living in them. Second units springing up in the back yards everywhere causing our single family neighbourhoods to turn into slums. Drive the streets and see car lots in the front of peoples front lawns. Not one motor-home or car with a for sale sign, this is what code enforcement goes after once they find out you are not a Hispanic. But 4-5 cars for sale parked on the lawn or the new shopping cart restaurants where the operators urinate in our front yards, these they count as a new businesses in the City of Highland. But we have an In n Out. Guess they had the cash for either the Senior Center or planning commission or elected officials, because we need more than an In n Out, we need a new City and honest elected officials who will be responsive to us.

This was an article about a fast food joint. Save your pissy drivel for another article.

Why does everyone want to comment on their reported location. It has to do with your ISP, not the Sun. The reporting locations is based on your current IP an dwhere it is registered. Forget about that and continue on with your lives.
