Melanie wasn't a bad candidate. She was a former town attorney. There's no question she has more knowledge than most who might have been considered. And there's not exactly a huge field of people to pull from anyway.
It's amazing that if a Bob Burke or Pail Improta disagree with someone and vocalize it, it is labeled "bullying" by Democrats like yourself.(Like when a former 1st Selectwoman started yelling "Call 9-1-1" during the silly Democratic seminar on state funding because a guy called someone to task on what they were saying.)
I go to many of these meetings and nobody's bullying anybody. You have a right to vote and as you pointed out - a right to speak.
But when you attack an individual by name, your credibility is questioned when you hide behind the anonymity the internet offers. And further, when your reply to my suggestion that you may be gutless is , "I will wait until the right venue"...you are showing me a lack of understanding of how valor is executed.
There is no "right venue" for valor, like there is no right venue for cowardice. Valor does not wait on line, sir/madam. If you have it - it is always there, and people know it when you have it. And those who excessively bash people by name on this forum, lack that quality.
