Texas resident convicted of buying NM resident fishing license

A Taos County magistrate has fined a Waco, Texas, man $767 after the man pleaded no contest to giving false statements to fraudulently purchase a resident fishing license.

How do you winterize your vehicle in red river? We are going to be there for Christmas and I am worried of vehicle breaking down cause of weather.
