I understand if they want to offer there native foods. However, do these street vendors know english enough to read the saftey and proper packing of food guidelines? Happy sh*ts!

yeah I really think its time they stopped harassing people who are providing something nice for the people. That food is delicious, and if people were getting sick from the food, that would've come out a long time ago.

Do these vendors comply with all applicable laws, like the Health codes, and have licenses, or should they be exempt because they "are providing something nice for the people"? Why have any laws at all? Or are the laws just for the rest of us to follow? I also wonder what their immigration status is.

Sounds like ICE needs to take a ride over there at lunchtime.

Yes, they have licenses/permits and follow all the rules. But you would know that if you really were interested in the 'issue' rather than reacting based on racial bias. I'm 'just saying'...
