It would be a good location for another furniture store if someone puts one in immediately as it is on the beaten path for a furniture store in Rector. Between Calvin's & Underwood's & any other furniture stores at that location, how many years has there been a furniture store in that location? I know it's been many years & several decades.

Don't know if it's fact of fiction, but I heard that the reason the store moved out on the highway was the roof leaking so bad they were forced to do something. Don't jump with both feet on this, just repeating what was told to me.

need to speak to the owner of the building. think the last person in there did not take care of the business. so sad! bet a real business person could get a good deal on that place. I remember when the older man and his wife were in there they kept everything so clean and they were a pleasure to do business with.

does anyone know what they are asking for the flower shop? is it just contents or does building come with it? i have heard both. does the roof leak in the building? is it closed or are they still in business?
