<quoted text>Like I tell everyone, if you don't like your job, get another one, you can easily be replace, and you won't be missed. There are plenty of people looking for work. You are there to do a job, nobody is forcing you to do it! Now, if you do a good job this week of shining my shoes, I will buy you a cornish game hen for Thanksgiving.........see, I'm not that bad!
I know it is the duty and responsibility of every manager, assuming you are human, to insure the safety, health and welfare of each employee. You cannot harm any employee's health, hearing, lungs, etc. as they are under your employ. Your job is to make sure the other employees are safe from any harm.
You are not negligent in your duties are you? Are you replaceable at work? Would you be missed?
At the end of your life, will you be able to look back and be proud of your behaviors?
It really is difficult for me to believe that such people exist.
Do you go to church? Did you ever?
Ever hear "Love thy neighbor as thyself?" That means employees too.
Your writing certainly reflects your personality. Does your mother know how you treat other people?
