These hurtful people need punishment with this destructive behavior. They are like sex offenders this problem comes from within them and they need some kind of confinement and/or monitoring. Plus a fine. If they can't pay the fine, then it should not be forgiven they must give back to the community that they are sorry and show remorse. Animals are helpless; they are like children without a voice. Perpetrators of animal abuse need to repay our community! No matter how long it may take them!" As far as I’m concerned those who abuse animals, children and the elderly should get the same punishment they gave to their victims. I pray that our laws change to protect the innocent and give absolute strict justice to the abuser.
