First-it took two shots to the head to kill a cat? Using what, a BB gun?
Second-large and vicious when the officer could take it somewhere?
Third-placed into a trash bag in a dumpster? Some citizens, not police, have been charged with crimes for doing such a thing to an animal.
Fourth-the apology is more than the Harford County Maryland Sheriff Office gave for my boxer being shot after running away.

Have nice day, chump.
Maybe if YOU put down the crack pipe azzhat and read the story you wouldn't continuously make yourself look like a buffoon! They received a report that 'a large, vicious feral cat had scratched a child and may be diseased.' Now do you have anything brilliant to say?

Hey Marlin – Did you even bother reading the entire post or did you just spot check a few words after which making your comment...-- I doubt you read it because I do not think your small pea size brain could comprehend too much common sense.

Clearly you must be a cat lover and more than likely a cat owner, probably with multiple cats also.

I bet you are the type of person I am referring to in my post, aren’t you....

No doubt. I can imagine the horrible cat urine odor in his house. Dead cats in various states of decay.

You are a heartless human being. Maybe someone feels the same about you!
I felt compelled to offer my opinion and be a voice for those whom cannot be heard. This police officer sounds like heartless individual that probably fit the criteria that most animal offenders are offenders in society! I am so sick of dim-witted people trying to act all bad when their actions reflect cowardice. All living-breathing creatures should have the same rights, regardless of brain capacity. Pain is pain, no matter how great or small the creature. And we as humans should speak up for those with little or no voice." Mahatma Ghandi sums it up stating,“ think that people who mistreat animals have the potential to also mistreat people too. Several violent criminals started by abusing animals. I think that we would be a much better society if we respect all forms of life, of both humans and animals." Animal rights issues today are not only to protect innocent animals, but also to identify and regulate people who are ultimately hurting the community. Teens that torture animals need help before they victimize children (or adults), breeders with horrid conditions are overpopulating the community with animals that end up costing the taxpayers money through animal control. There are hundreds of independent rescue organizations that can't keep up with the number of abused and stray animals. Stricter regulations and more education are needed. A quote; "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated".- Mahatma Gandhi." We should explore the possibility of making Animal Control Officers like Police Officers, with the power to arrest people that abuse and neglect animals. These hurtful people need punishment with this destructive behavior. They are like sex offenders this problem comes from within them and they need some kind of confinement and/or monitoring. Plus a fine. If they can't pay the fine, then it should not be forgiven they must give back to the community that they are sorry and show remorse. Animals are helpless; they are like children without a voice. Perpetrators of animal abuse need to repay our community! No matter how long it may take them!" As far as I’m concerned those who abuse animals, children and the elderly should get the same punishment they gave to their victims. I pray that our laws change to protect the innocent and give absolute strict justice to the abuser.

Clearly, you do not understand the main point of my posts regarding the stench, the filth and unhealthy smell of cat urine / poop including cats who run loose and destroy other peoples property. Yep, I do hate cats mostly because of ignorant owners who do not care for them and feel the need to let them run loose.

I stand by what I said, read all of my posts then see what you have to say...

Apparently you don't! Your mental capacity will not compute an intelligent comment. If the owners are responsible for lack of care...why blame the cats? You seem to be a tough guy… go after the owners...or are you afraid one of them will find you and your mouth won't be able to cash the checks your ass keeps writing.... You are possibility the most ignorant example of a human being, and I use the word HUMAN loosely! You are probably a bully that gets off by intimating all those that can’t defend their selves!

Yes, I do understand...your the one making the mistakes! You are blaming the cats...its the owners that are to blame for not taking care of them. Your shit would stink if you never flushed the toilet or are you so narcissistic that you think your shit don’t stink? Its easier to blame the cats…they can’t fight back or send intelligent comments to someone whom appears to be dim-witted. Attack the owners that don’t care for their cats…afraid they will fight back?

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Aquarius

If you're a typical Aquarian you're often quite idealistic and today is no exception. You're wandering around on cloud nine, especially if you're thinking about a very special someone, and indulging in all sorts of deliciously romantic daydreams. Reality? You've no time for it right now, because it will intrude too much on your fantasies.
