Two Teenagers under arrest for starting a fire in Coeymans

It must be a sad and boring life to be as miserable as you are, if you have a so called boyfriend who takes care of you then why are you so miserable do you have low self esteem, no money, well that is life get over it and move on

I lived there for 1 1/2 years and moved out exactly 30 days prior to the fire in building 2. I lived in building 1, and was the first apartment up against the side of building 2. Building 1 was the first building there and it is far from being up to code. I had problems with maintenance, or lack there of since day 1. Christine, It sounds like you made a very wise move.. There are so many places that aren't up to code which means many are living in danger. It doesn't help when you have children setting the buildings on fire either. I never heard any more about this case. I hope everyone is relocated and doing okay. My son's friend lost everything to a fire last year. She has three small children. Somebody threw a lit cigarette into mulch and it smoldered for quite a while before it took most of the complex down. She was very lucky that she was not in the apartment. She had her prized possessions with her. She has since replaced all she lost and is doing okay.
There must be somewhere for you to voice your concerns about this apartment building.. Keep talking until someone listens..

destroying all the topics? I've been on here for twenty minutes reading and over half of this blog was just everyone arguing with each other. You guys talk about it, but you don't know, and you don't care. I'm from Ravena, I know ..I care, you guys are wasting your time and PS nothing is ever going to get fixed there because no one cares about that place anymore, there are a lot of scumbags there now, and when I was a kid, thats where I wasn't allowed to go. Thats how bad it is there. A Ghetto in the middle of cow country. It was nice when it was Fonda Del Sol, now its nothing. I feel sorry for the good people who are left living there, you need to get out!

Again my friend from Maine.. have fun.. it is not me and people will know that.. My concern on this board is about people having their lives put in danger..landlords that put money ahead of safety..
