I know where a guy is by the name Steve Frazier, he works at Halliburton in Brighton, Colorado. He's the head cheese down there for the cement dept.If its the same guy take him down he's a total ass.

The Steve Frazier I'm also looking for does auto repair cons. He will start on a car, "find" another problem, ask for money up front (as he says he does not have money to buy part). Then "find" an other problem(s). You don't see him fix anything, as he is still "finding" other problems. Instead of doing one job at a time like most auto repairmen, he drags out the repair time by several days, so that he can be doing the same thing to other people at the same time. He judges how long he can keep these repairs con going. Then he runs with the money to another state, and the victim is left with a car that is missing parts. In the last few years Steve has been in CA (Palm Springs), NV (Las Vegas), AZ (Phoenix), NM (Albuquerque), Colorado (Aurora), Kansas (Garden City), and Iowa (I believe Cedar Bluffs, not sure about spelling). This Steve is so busy running from the Law, tick-off car owners, father of daughters, electrical companies, that I don't think he has time to work his way up a job ladder to a head job position. I will however try to get over there within a few weeks and check it out. I don't believe this will be him however.
Currently I have information that he may be back in New Mexico. Most likely in Las Cruces (source from Topix Las Cruces site) or Albuquerque (info I have he really knows Albuquerque well, so spends time there). Someone should warn the Albuquerque Police Dept., I tired of warning Police Dept.s as they can't seem to profile a bad apple ahead of time, and by the time I get any info to give them, Steve will have already ran to another state (and maybe one or two more).

I have reason to believe that Steve is currently back in New Mexico either Las Cruces (source from Topix, or Albuquerque (I have information that he really knows the city very well).

He does auto repair con jobs. He takes money for parts up front (as he says he does not have the money for parts, then "finds" more problems, ask for more money for more parts. Then runs, leaving the car owners with unfinished repair job and both new and old parts missing (he takes out some good parts and sells them for even more money).
