I wish someone would put a Costco in that spot. An empty field isn't going to help this community

Yeh, what's the point in having so-called "green space" when we could have malls and parking lots that create good jobs for cashiers and shelf stockers? That flood plain at the Locke Farm seems like a great place for a Costco or a Walmart. We're lagging way behind Keene in the number of malls they have, we need to catch up.

Is that you "New Clear Waste"? Nice new screen name. Keene is a very nice town / community, for some perverted reason you're very bitter and jealous of Keene. Don't worry the yogurt plant is coming along with about 50 jobs; unfortunately most involve using a mop. Hey Landmark College grads, get your resumes updated.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Taurus

It's important that you keep that famous bull-headedness in check over the next couple of weeks. Be cool, calm and sensible and you'll find that you end up with things correctly and tidily done. Stick to the straight and narrow, no matter what the distractions or irritations around you. If you think outside the square, you'll begin to see how visualisation can change and shape your life. Trust your hunches and be ready to move on them.
