Thank you! A sleazy strip mall West Brattleboro does not need. Glad to see good use will be made of the land.

Yes, because the thing we need more of in this town is ANOTHER dollar store. Is it too hard to travel all of 5 minutes to either the one on canal street OR the one on putney road. Why don't we add another dunkin donuts too while we're at it. Thank goodness this project was turned down. What a waste of land that would have been. If a business is going to go to West B,it should be a business the town doesnt already have 2 or more of! I'm glad to hear that a greenhouse may go there instead. Yay Chelsea Royal!

I heard that they were thinking of expanding to a pizza restaurant/Italian style with a stage for entertainment and shows the money man told me a little maybe to much

What's up with you flatlander? You hardly ever make any sense. Was I absent that day, or were you? Or are you always a little absent.

where is there to be there or absent from. and to mr. bratt res, did you ever wonder where the other end of rt.9 goes or is this still a square to fall off. maybe those coming from the beyond down rt9 could possibly shop there and not have to travel through west bratt. or should I say OZ. just tap your heels 3 times and what your not looking at behind you won't matter. this is part of the west b's master plan for you and me and their was someone else I think.

flat lander, that is ms. brat res... and if someone is really needing to get a fix of the dollar store, I think an extra few minutes drive wouldnt hurt. And as for coming from beyone rt 9, last I checked, there are towns on the other side that more than likely have one or more dollar stores. maybe you should get off your high horse. west b doesnt need to be turned into some strip mall becasue a few people hate the 5 minute drive to the local dollar store. The grocery store didnt last long when it was in west b, what makes you think a dollar store would last? It would just end up being some vacant ugly building where there used to be nice land. I say again, thank goodness this project didnt go through and Chelsea Royal is actually doing something with it that will work with the enviornment.

The soil is "wet soil". Development would have been prevented for all bidders who could not convince the development board that the benefits were greater then the destruction of environmentally sensitive land.

I hope Chelsea I costomers enjoy their new organic garden plot.
