Full story: Inland Valley Daily Bulletin

Muslims in the Inland Empire spoke with outrage, sorrow and a sense of betrayal Friday in the wake of the shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, that left 13 dead in what is believed to be the worst mass murder in history at a U.S. military base.

So the muslim "community" reacts with outrage. Meanwhile, the real muslims plan their next attack on Americans and westerners.

Funny, I work with a Muslim guy. He's a family man, wife, kids. Sits their at his desk in a pleasant corporate setting. Didn't hear any outrage from him. In fact, last time I heard him talk about anything like this, he was comparing the missiles, launched by jihadists into Israel intended to kill Israeli citizens, to toy rockets. Yeah, that sounds like someone filled with outrage against terrorism. He's not unique, muslim community. He's your mainstream. You are not a non-violent religion. Your message of non-violence is a bunch of bs, because the actions of the members of your community speak louder than all the words.

There are so many Muslim killings of Christians, of Americans, and of Jews. Yet Muslims act like their religion is not responsible for the carnage. Yet they read the same book as the insurgents, psychos, and terrorists. The intolerance of other religions by Muslims persists worldwide. For them to claim "that's not us" does not come across as sincere.

Yes. You Muslims shoud speak about killing Infidels in your mosques. I understand that all Muslims are not terrorist but all terrorist are Muslims. So start dealing with this. Openly scream "Alla does not want 'Death to the Infidels'". Or do you Muslims really believe to kill an Infidel is the road to your heaven?

If it had been a building full of gays, it would be a hate crime.

If it had been a building full of blacks, it would be racist.

FROM BBC NEWS:
The commander of the base, Lt Gen Robert Cone, told NBC News that, according to eyewitnesses, Mr Hasan had shouted the Arabic phrase "Allahu Akbar!" [God is great] before opening fire.

Deputy commander at Fort Hood, Col John Rossi, later said that more than 100 rounds were fired during the attack.

Col Rossi also confirmed earlier reports that the two handguns carried by Maj Hasan were not military arms, but "privately owned weapons".

To me, the solution is a "common sense" one...
DON'T LET THE ENEMY INTO OUR MILITARY...

Sure, America guarantees us ALL the right to select and practice our individual religions...But, nowhere in OUR Constitution does it say that we can kill others as a form of worship or praise, which is EXACTLY how the Muslims view their murderous acts...

The Liberal, Utopian dream of being "All-Inclusive" is what is destroying this nation...Fact is, we do NOT have to be tolerant towards those whose intentions are violent ones...

If a white christian goes off a kills people should we be afrain of all white christians and begin to stereotype them because of a few people, the KKK uses christian beleifs in their doctrine of terror but are we going to compare all white christians to these terrorist. A lot of people comment out of ignorance without thinking things through. Like with all religions there are different sects which practice it differently, because of the terrorist attacks whe have been flooded with one particular sect of extremists who do not represent islam as a whole; this would be the same as saying that catholic beleifs represent all christian beleifs, we know this is not so because we understand christianity.

Religion is the ultimate weapon of mass destruction. Millions of people living lives dictated by vicious ghost tales handed down from primative people that also believed the world was flat and panicked in mass by lunar and solar eclipses. Words that have been translated countless times for self interests.
Heck, my server at the local Dennys's can't even relay my breakfast order straight from me to the cook. Think how convuluted and manipulated the bible and Quran stories have become over the thousands of years.

Mr. Lemmings
The Christian Bible does not support offensive warfare against unbelievers.

It was a sentiment shared by Imam Mohammad Hossain of the Islamic Center of Redlands.

"The ignorant people are going to comment on anything - that is to be expected," Hossain said. "Because it happened by a Muslim,(because) somebody killed people, anything that is Muslim is wrong."

The above comment by Imam Mohammad Hossain typifies the arrogance of some in the Muslim community. He fails to understand that people don't comment and make judgements simply because he was a Muslim. But instead we may be upset not because he was Muslim, but because he committed the crime "as a Muslim and for Islam". There is a big difference in simply being a Muslim who commits a crime and being a Muslim who is committing that crime while the motivation and purpose of the crime is for Islam.

That is what people like Imam Mohammad Hossain don't seem to understand. And the arrogant way he announces that "ignorant people" will comment betrays him and shows his true contempt of those who rightfully feel outrage at someone killing us in the name of Islam. People like him do no favors to the image of the American Muslims.

That being said, I feel sympathy for all of the good American Muslims who feel as outraged as the rest of us at what happened at Fort Hood. People like Imam Mohammad Hossain and Major Hasan do a lot of damage to our perception of Islam.

Some very good points Chavo.
I'm glad Imam Mohammad Hossain of the Islamic Center of Redlands is condemning violence but some of his other comments sound like classic Taqiyya.
