Wow, your reasoning (or lack thereof) is stunning. You didn't respond to my questions about the vault or my diet and who's obsessed - seems you're the one visiting my website constantly and researching my family tree. Here's the deal from now on and it is take it or leave it, you tell ALL of the dozen or so people reading this what your real name is and then I'll respond with one additional condition. Your response MUST actually have something to do with PFF and WHY its self-dealing BOD and Senior Managers (including Jim M.) should not be called to task for their flagrant misdeeds (perhaps you should try reading Matt's column again as a refresher). Until you do both of those things you're just some gutless, balding, wimp with an expanding waistline who I REALLY can't be wasting time on. I'll be chatting with the ERISA attorneys and SH Class Action attorneys instead (as a side note Jimmy BOY they don't seem to share your views of the OTS, McCarthy or any of the TCFR Clown Posse).

Dear Readers, rather than being entertained by this "lively banter" between "Jim in Upland" and myself, even granting I'm quoted by name in Matt's well-written article and actually did work for PFF from 9/2001 through early 10/2004, please take a close look at Matt's article and, more importantly, the pro forma Proxy statement filed by PFF with the SEC. It's PFF's own words and will prove far more enlightening than reading about Jim's inability to explain his intimate knowledge of my family history, my dietary habits and the places I frequented while working in PFF's Loan Center. If you're a shareholder or employee who, after reading the article and Proxy statement, believes your interests were trampled on by Kevin McCarthy and his other self-dealing friends feel free to contact me. My email address is whhackett3@hackettslaw.com and my office number is (888) 229-8048.

Best regards,

Good news Wally you're down to two responses to everyone post of mine the meds are working.

I dont know or care about your family. Every bank has a vault so how hard was that to guess.

Here is something for everyone to ponder. The FDIC shut down IMB and the FBI is investigating for fraud. Tangible signs of misdeeds from reliable sources. Other than Walter's allegations from 2004 which were given to regulatory authorities and ignored, things are quiet here.

Walt, as for your friend, tell him to look under the covers in Corona/Irvine or he is going to loose any credibility he may have had.

My real name is Jim and I do live in Upland. There are many of us "Jim's" here in Upland.

Regards,
Jim in Upland

Walt, drinking like your daddy again (you posted as Jim in Upland) thats a bad sign especially on Sunday night.

Next think you know we will all be listening to your claim to own the entire Rancho de Cucamonga as a blood decendent of Trabuco Tapia and Junipero Serra.

Wait I hear an ambulance better go see if you can find a new client.

Regards,
Jim

Readers - here's a copy of the email I sent to the SEC asking them to investigate the "sale."

"I am a former employee of PFF Bank & Trust who is in daily communications with some of my former co-workers. Based on information I have in my possession it is my belief Kevin McCarthy and Greg Talbott, PFF senior managers, conspired with the owner of FBOP, which is trying to acquire PFF, to drive the price of PFF’s stock into the ground which they have now successfully done. The conspiracy began, based on information presently available at http://www.dailybulletin.com/search/ci_9 ... as well as in PFF’s proposed shareholder proxy, in August 2007. PFF’s most recently filed 10K shows a book value of $5.44 per share however the sale price to FBOP is $1.35 per share. I also believe that FBOP and its sister company, Cottonwood Holdings, have been trading shares for the primary purpose of taking the share price under $1.00 so they could remove the stock from the NYSE, a move that was “announced” today. I am prepared to provide the SEC with any and all information in my possession and put the agency in touch with current employees of PFF who possess even more information supporting my beliefs but need the agency to act quickly to STOP the sale and immediately begin investigating the company and this artificially construed sale of the company for a bargain basement price."

Walter:

Item 12. Security Ownership of Certain Beneficial Owners and Management and Related Stockholder Matters from the March 31, 2008 10K filed June 19, 2008.

Mr. McCarthy beneficially owned 318,539 shares and Mr. Talbott beneficially owned 306,478 shares respectively.

What person in their right mind believes management would not maximize the share price? Certainly not the ancestor of a 216 lifetime batter with an OCD fixation on the individuals. Facts just dont support your ranting and raving. Perhaps too many thumps to the head by the 12st sharkies.

Good news! We now have lead plaintiffs for the ERISA suit. Look to Matt Wrye for an update as soon as the suit is filed as he'll be the first reporter I notify.

Please forgive me readers. I have NO life. I spend most of my time trying to learn as much personal information as possible about people trying to make a difference. Did you know that Walter Hackett's great grandfather played professional baseball for the Boston Beaneaters, isn't that funny? Of course I never played professional baseball, no one ever wanted me on their team for kickball, that's why I still pull wings off of flies. Did you know Walter Hackett eats bean and rice burritos and grew up near 12th Street in Pomona? I know that. Did you know he is a lineal descendant of Don Ricardo Vejar, born in San Diego in the late 1700s and moved to this area in the 1830s when he and Ygnacio Palomares were given the Rancho San Jose? I know that. Did you know he spent over 25 years as a banker and that all of his performance reviews at PFF were very good? I know that too. I suppose you're wondering why I'm so obsessed with Walter Hackett. That one's easy. I have NO life. I live with my mom and I'm almost 60. I watch TV almost 24 hours a day and you know what, Judge Judy knows a lot more about the law than Walter Hackett and I learned it from her. Who needs law school when you can watch Judge Judy.

HE STARTED IT!(Just kidding). The lawsuits that are about to be filed are no laughing matter. Plus, to be honest, I don't know that these comments have any substantial readership though I have received a few email messages from both shareholders and PFF employees so it's not a complete waste. Further, I continue to believe this "Jim in Upland" is, at minimum, a PFF employee who has been literally instructed to attempt to distract readers from the real story here - Senior Managers who have demonstrated grotesque self-dealing while all but broadcasting the fact they couldn't possibly care less about the shareholders or employees.
