Signs all over Ramona

Anyone else notice the signs about the Sheriff Deputies someone has been putting up all over town?

These signs need to be all over San Diego County. These Deputies are Abusive, liars, belidgerant, out of control, lack Tack, and judgement. During there training they are taught to ever turn on a Deputy. This Bisby thing is Ramona all over again. The Sheriff's have an IA Investigation. There way of lying, and hiding the open Gov't thing, oh yea no longer exists. These signs should be everywhere the SDSO's office.

One of the signs said Remove 6 abusive deputies...what does Busby have to do with Ramona?

From the description of the signs, I can say with virtual certainty...it was JC.

From the nearly incoherent spelling and grammar displayed by "Busby for Sheriff"...I suspect the same.

JC is trying to piggyback Baker's incident at Molly's. You can see his video on youtube (newsnowsandiego. JC is laughing as he filmed. I heard that some one saw him putting up signs.

I saw more signs this week. Glad to see someone try to hold them accountable. With amount of problems coming out of that substation.

Deputy tells people that they can't carry signs. The badge on their protective vest is a sign. You see that you are reading and getting ready to feel abuse. That badge read properly means abuse. Should say abuse station. Replace 1lt. ,2 sgt',s 1 cpl and 5 deputies. Then maybe we can see a sign of the times

Seems it does not exist in Ramona. Election day is coming. The best noteable Sheriff in the country supports the other guy. Sheriff Joe of Az knows that ours is a bad apple. Plead the 5th. He works for us and he pleads the 5th when it comes to explaining his actions. Vote Sheriff Gore out. Gore wants to not tell us about his actions how can we trust his troops to be honest. Ramona, Vista, Enc., Poway nothing but problems and cover ups. VOTE ABUSIVE GORE OUT. Then they tell us it was a bad place that needed attention. Wrong it was a party. How many DUI's did they write to anyone leaving that bar in those time periods. I've been a police officer for over 28 years and have noticed the "badge heavy" attitudes projected by many Deputy Sheriffs. I've thought long on this and think I know why this is. Unlike other law enforcement officer, Deputy Sheriff finish their academy and don't go immediately onto the streets where they deal with average citizen. They get thrust into the county jails for 2 to 5 years where there first police duties are assicationing with hardened criminals all day, and where they must project of "Kick Your Ass" demeanor for their own protection. When they finally do end up on patrol they've already been shaped into antisocial, take-no-lip enforces many people have encountered in Ramona.

That would explain the bully attitude. We need help in a lot of the areas they patrol, county wide. In Ramona we have got to do some cleaning house and note taken. These things that these Deputies do are criminal, and covered up at all levels of there family. Ramona as a whole needs to stand up to these gangsters and hold them accountable. To many year longs IAs to many unanswered questions about there abuse, and activities.
I thank you for your service, now I am calling on you to help us. 1200 man hours in one bar is just way to far over any line, The system as you know is set up to protect them, and make it hard to stop them.

Yes, the signs in Ramona, and many of the posts here are from JC, a Ramona clown who hates cops and anyone in authority. He is a throw-back to the 60's and calls himself a reporter, but he is an umemployed pot head. I am a thrid generation Ramona resident, and the deputies put their life on the line to get my family, and most of my neighbors out during the Cedar fire (yes, I lost my house, but we survived thanks to three deputy sheriff's). I have never seen abuse by the deputies. My adult daughter visits the local bars and she says JC and his buddies are weird dudes who don't take female rejection very well. She knows that JC is the one posting all the signs and that he is a creep who is in his 50's but tries to look and act like some kind of surfer dude. He is the one behind all the trash about the deputies because he doesn't like them.

yes the signs are from JC playford, everyone in town knows that and many people have seen him putting up the signs all over town. i think the cops now it is jc behind the signs.

What do i know not much. I do know that our sheriff's are out of line. I do know that they falsify documents, I do know they are bully's, I do know that they run off a vendatta system, Just like CHP a couple years ago. I do know that they beat people, I do know that they stalk and intimidate people, there is video of that, I do know that our sheriff's let the girls in the bars get away with murder, I do know that 35% of the Ramona Deputies need to be replace. I do know according to court Documents that JC made the 911 call to protect the Deputies that night and gave them a heads up that things are not right, and I do know that there are over 500 signs posted in Ramona. I do know that Deputy Hodge thank Jc for making that call. I do know that there is HARD CORE DRUG SALES AT THIS BAR THEY DEPUTIES PLAYED IN ( HERION, CRSTAL METH ) I do know that when watching the video on youtube that over served patrons from this bar were so drunk they were talking about seeing space ships, and people in white robes, I do know according to video that the bar manager is on tape as in to threatening someone if tape of beating comes out. I also know that the clowns in the SHERIFF'S DEPT. ADMITTED THEY LIED IN OPEN COURT AND TO THE NEWS STATIONS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. I also know that good cops don't need to lie to the public. AFTER ALL IT IS SHERIFF BILL GORE WHO ORDER THE SHOOTING OF AN INNOCENT MOTHER HOLDING A CHILD and that very same man plead the fifth to the US Senate about the murder of that women. I do know that if we truly had honest Deputies up here that we the people of Ramona would know the total man hours that these deputies spent spanking the ASSES of these ladies in this bar, a good cop is a honest cop, were is the honesty in lying to the public that pays you. So much for good cop. I do know that this JC rode on the hood of Sheriff's of a car during the Cedar fires in Poway as he and one of these cops he hates drove around the Garden Rd neighborhood in Poway. I do know that he saved animals and peoples lives during the SD fires last year as he drove through fifty foot walls of flames to save them, all on tape, I do also know that in public records in the court houses of San Diego County are letters of thanx from people of San Diego County,for saving their homes, I do know that in those same court houses that there is several letters from local law enforcement 13 to be exact that talk about how lucky San Diego is to have him. Letters from Sheriff Capts, Lts, Sgts, Deputies, Chp and last but not least SDPD it self. I do know that JC does hate cops ( Bad ones ) which appear to be in an over abundance here in Ramona

I know who JC Playford is and my cousin saw him hangng a sign about bad cops in Ramona and he is only one hanging signs. He is only one going around and talking trash about the cops too. I am not saying all the cops are OK, but JC is a crazy guy he even looks crazy. I think Ramona cops are okay and I know they saved a lot of people during all the fires in Ramona. JC hates them too because he is no longer allowed in any bars in Ramona because he has been kicked out of all of them and told to stay away which made him mad so he hates cops. I don't know why he stays in Ramona because everyone in Ramona does not like him and thinks he is a bum or something but he carrys some kind of stupid camera all the time and tells people he is a newsman but everyone laughs when he says that. I don't think he works either because he is always hanging around the streets and looks like a homeless guy. I think the cops think he is a loony tune and leave him alone, but I don't know for sure. That is all I know about JC.

Post 17 was written by JC himself. Everything in post 17 written by Fred (JC) was exactly what I heard JC saying himslef in Cheers in Ramona which is only bar he is allowed in. He is not fooling anyone. JC is always in Cheers saying same thing over and over about the deputy's in Ramona. He outs up signs all over Ramona and then he hides and shoots his video camera. I actually like JC but he is going off the deep end and everyone knows it. I hope he gets help or gets off whatever he is on. He used to be a good guy in Ramona but something is happening in his head (bad). Bad mojo I think.

JC Playford is mentally ill and everyone knows it. I saw the youtube he made when JC filmed his "friend" being arrested at Molly's. You can clearly hear JC laughing in the background the whole tape. Some friend! If he thought his "buddy" was really being beaten up by the deputys, why didn't he put his camera down or hand it to one of the other people you can hear laughing and go help his "friend." With friends like JC Playford, who needs enemies? He is in it all for himself. Everyone knows JC set up his buddy, who was shitfaced at the bar, to confront the deputys and start a fight just so he could get his youtube piece on video. His buddy was to drunk to know any better and he listened to JC and started a fight with the deputys. Some friend JC is!
