Kids these days get caught up in this Banging culture and they should know if they're going to take a step in that direction they better jump full force or don't do it at all. When kids are young they don't think about the consequences and repercussions of their actions(I know I didn't) until they grow up and mature which he didn't have the chance to. IMO no one deserves to have their life taking away unless they've done something to someones loved ones or family. I doubt he did anything bad enough to provoke someone to murder him. I just moved to Encinitas from the bay area and I am loving not hearing gun play outside the house.

Eddie Arnada was my friend. We first met in the 3rd grade. He was really cool. We were always at ea. others aprtments playing Nintendo 64. I have a feeling he started the wana-be faze in 3rd grade cus he always rocked a blue bandana around his head. I know its his fault for gang bangin which is why he passed away but still, he was a good person at heart. He will always be remembered! R.I.P Eddie<3

Yea you people dont know what he's been through or what Eddie Arnada has been through. Like I said in the other comment. He was a friend of mine. We met in the 3rd grade. He wasnt only a friend. He was a son, a brother, and a loved one all around. People loved having him around. R.I.P Eddie<3 Ill always hold those memories of when we used to play nintendo 64 and ps1 haha Love you boy!

How can you hate on a 15 year old!!That is still a kid, someones kid.And any of you that say you did exactly what you were supposed to when you were 15, I call b.s.(I'm middle aged). The issue is not curfew or clothing style. The issue is someone killed a kid!!I didn't know this boy. I don't know his parents either. And Tony, really!!! A good mom can raise her kids by herself. One good parent is better than a home filled with harshness. A Village? I'm tired of that excuse!!Yes we can all use some help. However, I was raised by a single mom and have raised a couple of great kids, alone. My kids are now young adults and productive members of society. They weren't always perfect, none of the kids I have ever known have been. And what about widows should their kids be taken away? Anyhow back to the issue a 15 year old human was shot and killed by another human. This is very tragic and I'm very sorry to the family and friends of this boy. May he rest in peace and may you all find some peace!!
