Smoke Run Man Accused of Rape has Hearing

On Tuesday a man accused of raping a girl had a hearing. Andrew Killian of Smoke Run faces the charges of rape; two counts of criminal attempt to commit involuntary sexual deviate intercourse; sexual assault; terroristic threats; two counts of indecent assault; and another count of indecent assault.

Of course, he claims she came on to him....an 11 yr old girl is looking to hook up with a 40yr old man...give me a break. Typical pedophile response...Anytime a suspected pedophile uses that excuse ...HE's GUILTY!!!!! IMO

What if the man did not even touch the girl? What is she is angry because he did not want to have sex with a girl who may as well have been his daughter. Too many girls think they are fully grown and want to engage in behavior that they are too young to engage in. I see too many young girls dressing like prostitutes and hoochie mommas, waling around trying to convince adults "they are old enough to do whatever they want".

This man amy have done what he is accused of but, there are too many men and boys that are victims of an eqaully heinous crime
