Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #2 Jan 18, 2012 as long as tobacco is legal, the government needs to butt the eff out. now if they want to give up all that good tax income all levels of government make off this..and simply make it illegal. that would make sense to me. the rest of this is just control and any citizen that wants to go down that road, with more governmental control over LEGAL behavior..well, it's sickening (I am a non-smoker, fyi)
