15 months in prison then being sent back to the states to get psychiatric help!?!?!?!? Alot of good that did, 20 years later he bashes someone else's skull in with a hammer!

How about this for an idea. Lets cut and bleed to death ALL death row inmates ASAP and relieve the taxpayers of the burden! Line up the pedophiles too while were bleeding these human turds out. Nobody would miss them and our children would be much safer with these types of creeps dead.
