It really doesn't surprise me that the DA didn't file any charges in this case,Why is this deputy allowed to lie to the officers that were at the store and questioned him.It is just another case of the system doesn't really want justice when it comes to law enforcement officer..12 year old girl that he had talked with for over a year..

Could you please elaborate? I am curious as to what you are writing about here. Some specifics would be great, i searched the Kenosha news and your towns as well as Wisconsin news on this site and i dont see anything pertaining to your comment. Thanks poker fan.

Turns out the guy didn't do anything wrong, but the media wasted no time in letting us know that he is a deputy. Funny, you NEVER see news stories where it says that the suspect, or guilty party works for the news.

Thank you poker fan tho i am not sure how to feel about this. Woman have lied about their age for many years usually ending up in the man being prosecuted. Perhaps this child should be charged as well as her parents for not paying attention to what the heck she is doing. When i was a kid my parents were always in my business, i hated them for it back then but now i understand why. I couldnt even make a phone call without one of them hovering over me or go stay at a friends house without them calling their parents. If this had been anyone besides an officer they would be in jail. We cant have two standards one for police an one for the common folk all it does is make people distrust and dislike police even more.

I agree poker fan, all to often we see officers getting away with things that civilians would not despite them being civilians themselves. I cannot tell you how many times i have seen an officer hit their lights to breeze through a red light only to see them at a local fast food joint just moments later. If they are willing to break small laws it is not far of a jump to break the big ones and then cover them up. Not all officers tho, it is a small minority of them who do these things who give all officers a bad name and distrust in the public eye.

The deputy/officer didn't do anything wrong, why all the fuss? The guy talked to a 12 year old who said she was older, had phone sex and agreed to meet her at Shopko. What laws did he break?

It is obvious stevie that you think that having phone sex with a 12 year old girl is OK. I don't care if the officer thought she was older than she was,You must not remember the Kenosha County Deputy that had sex with a woman while on duty in Bristol.Oh she had warrants and he said if she performed a sex act on him that he would let her go..She did perform the act, when she got home she called the dispatcher and he was arrested.I smell a cover up.

Having phone sex is not illegal poker fan, and according to reports he had no reason to believe the girl was 12 or under age. What a cop does on his off time is his business, he lives by the laws everyone else does, he did nothing wrong!

I assume you were writing at me as well and since i didnt say this officer did wrong you are the idiot. I still stand behind what i said, if this had been anyone else they would be in jail, this guy repeated lied to the officers on scene. Why was he lying? He is obviously hiding something. Had he not been an officer there would be a massive investigation. If i had even the slightest inkling a girl was to young i would have broken off contact immediately. He did not, he agreed to meet her.. Take your name calling and cram it up your arse ya jag bag.
