An Amber Alert has been issued for a 1-year-old Racine girl. Authorities report Khalasia Macemon is 18 inches tall with short, black curly hair.

The description said the child was "dark" skinned. She's not dark. Authorities really need to make the description clear when a child is missing. Dark to an African American means someone the color the man who abducted her. They should have described her as light skinned. AMH
