Wis. teen charged with reckless homicide after fight

If you harm another human being, and that person dies from injuries you caused you should be punished to the fullest extent of the law - unless your life was legitimately in danger. 10 - 19 = teen .. being a derivitive of ten ... anything 10 - 19 is being in the teens ...

Like someone saying "it's in the Tens of Thousands" .. you know that to mean 10,001 - 99,999.

This whole stiuation is sooo fucked up! this shouldn't have happened to nick!! I dont know why they are going to easy on this guy!!! He didnt just fight someone n fuck him up... NO he killed someone!! This isnt the first time he has been in trouble for hurting someone in fight... this is being repeated!! If you just let this guy go he will go out on the streets trying to act all big and bad cause he killed someone with one hit..he'll just be getting into even more fights than ever before! If you let this guy go free.. without years of jail time to set him straight, he will just go back to it and this wont be the last you hear about him!!

Correct style is that anyone over 18 is an adult. I'm going to guess that teen and man were used to avoid using the same word, man, in the sentence. Also, teen gets used because it is a little more specific. It can be used to hype a story, but I don't think that is the case here.

There was no "fair fight". Alex hit Nick while he was lying on the couch. I do not think a 200 lb person and a 100 lb person could ever get into a "Fair fight".

I understand what you are saying, but the person that did this has a record of battery, a child and woman. Nick was lying on the couch and was sucker punched. He was not in a physical confrontation with him at all..........

sad that this is what comes of a story about a young man dying. it was not a fair fight, it was just murder. a man lying on the couch, gets sucker punched, taht is not a fair fight. A one sided fight that results in death should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. he was charged with aggrevated battery and reckless homicide because of this.
