I think you ladies have the deadbeat dad`s on the run. But there is always a flip-side to that coin.
Two stories for every child. but both man and woman have a responsiblity. Both ladies sound strong and determined. Keep going, and good luck.

I know allot of WI women who will spread their legs just to get pregnant and collect the money. Money that is used mostly for their benefit...one I know that actually uses it for her drug money, pretends to go to work, while her 13 yr old sits at home alone.
Most have kids by different fathers. The more kids the more money! I am not saying its not the guys responibility too, but come on ladies...I dont know a one WI woman who has an once of dignity or respect for themselves.

Get pregnant by 19..push out a few puppies and by the time the kids are finally grown and gone you are nothing but a worthless used ugly rag....Without a skill because schooling was out of the question and money?! LOL not a dime or a pot to piss on...And then they wonder why nobody wants them. I already told one Biatch to stay in WI cause if I ever catch her around here again there WILL be serious trouble.

who in the hell do any of you women think you are to call anyone a loser ?? you werent calling them that when you laid down with them....and i would bet money that you ladies are not that great looking either and furthermore looks has nothing to do with it, so how about growing up a little, its not like the economy is BOOMING right now,always wanting to blame someone else, children as pawns and leverage telling them bad things about their father so on and so forth

its not the childs job to take care of the parent its the parents job to take care of the child i know plenty of women who misuse the money and the child, oh and the women cry but i have to PAY RENT AND UTILITIES ETC....YOU FIGHT FOR CUSTODY THEN USE THE CHILDS MONEY WRONGLY, put a dam roof over your own head and spend the money on the child and stop making excuses !!!

I am a single mom, we were married and I left him because he was selfish and thought drinking was more important than a roof over our head. I have taken care of all 3 of my kids whie he was out making more. I didn't have more kids knowing I struggled to take care of the ones I do have. Now, he is living like the Jones's and his wife is a stay at home mom. All the while his only minor child with me has medical bills, car insurance, school fees and other expenses that he is 1/2 responsible for! IF you can't take care of the ones you have, DON'T HAVE MORE. My daughter sees and hears this with her own eyes and ears. I am not out to be money hungry or his butt would have been in and out of court for years. I want him to pay up so she can have the extra money to help her. She will be off to college soon and will still have expenses. Hopefully by then the state will get him to pay up. He isn't hurting me, he isn't hurting her, we have survived. He is hurting himself and in the end they will take his Social Security and then how will he survive? KARMA!

I livein Wisconsin and have an order through Wisconsin. My son's father was 4 months behind before the sent him a letter. A letter? That won't do anything. He works a little then doesn't. He was working in IL for about a month and then started collecting unemployment in IL so he doesn't get support taken out of his unemployment. He uses his mother's address to colect in IL, but he is really a WI resident. He is almost $6,000 behind and will make a small payment then nothing for 30 days. He knows that he has 30 days to pay then nobody will come after him or send anymore letters to him. He hasn't made a payment for 60 days now, so in a couple more months WI child support will send him a letter stating that it's a felony and he has 15 days to pay. That's when he'll make a small payment then make a small payment for a few more month then go a long time again. Everybody always says that WI doens't mess around when it come to child support, but to me, it doesn't seem like that.

My ex doesn't pay child support either. He has supervised visits and causes more harm then it is worth. I know my ex will never pay, nor do anything that would help him be a better parent. I would much rather him walk away, admitting that he is doing nothing but harm the children than continue to cause the undo trauma. I am jealous of all of those parents who beg and plead for payment but the ex is long gone. I cannot afford to take care of my kids the way I would like, but will give them everything I can...even if I never get a penny.

some men cant get a job to pay cs , times are rough right now . and then again if a woman/girl lays down with a paticular type of man and has a child by him why are they so surprised when they cant get cs !? HELLO ! use birth control, stopping having children out of wedlock and bring your standards higher when it comes to who you spread your legs for. it takes two to tango so grow some tits and live with the decision you made.
its insane how many woman love to bash all men about cs . i never recieved dime of it and raised my son all by myself and never bashed his father since i made the choice to sleep with him . so stop whining , get off the computer and go find a job to support your child that you decided to have.

It's funny that he can get a job that pays him cash as to not lose his unemployment. And as to laying down with a particular type of man...I was with him for 12 years. I was told 7 years ago I could not have children, so when I found out I was pregnant I was very surprised. I was in shock. He, on the other hand, told me to get an abortion, so I aborted him instead of the child. It's not like he never had kids. He had 2 from a previous marriage, one of which IL took custody of after I moved out when I found out I was pregnant. I don't think you can generalize about women that would like to get the child support owed. I do live with the decision I made to not kill my child. We may not have alot, but we are doing just fine. I just don't think it's fair that the father can get away with working for cash and collecting unemployment and not paying his child support, while buying vehicles. 2 trucks and a van.

i totally agree with you on your situation, i was referring to the men that cant find a job or were laid off and cant pay cs. the men who are working and refuse to pay are another story all together. but at the end of the day it falls on the custodial parent to do what is needed to take care of there children and not depend on the other parent to step up and do what they should.

I just turned 25 and got sent a birthday card by my dad. The last time I saw him was when I was 15 after which meeting he promised to write to me. Aaaand ten years later... I always knew he was stupid but this just takes the cake. I dont need his money I dont need him I just need respect from him and more than one card every decade. I work seven days a week and do six hrs of school. So whats his excuse for not having time to write back? How do you think it feels for a kid on fathers day when someone asks you about your dad and you cant even tell them where he lives and when he'll write next?

your 25 get over it already. time to put your big girl/boy pants on and move on with life.
how do you think people who have lost their parents at an early age deal with mother or fathers day when they arent around any more ?
