I dont think it matters if they were together or not it doesnt give him an excuse to murder anyone. They have enough to convict him now so do it and let him rot in prison like the scumbag he is.

You are right, it doesn't matter if they were together on Senior Skip day , or if she slept with him, he didn't have to the right to murder anyone. He keeps changing his story to whatever he thinks they want to hear. He is a slimeball, find him guilty and fry is Arz the next day and let everyone watch. Who is paying for his attorney? That is not a name that I associate with the PD office in Plumas County. String him out on the Football field and let anyone from Chester or Willows take a stab at him. He should also be on trial for Billy's death. Rot in Hell Reyes you slimeball.

Where did they drag up this prosecutor? Does he prepare anything? I drove up to see a day of the trial and was absolutely appalled. The guy looks like a first year law student. I hope justice is served in spite of this moron.

Yeah. I drove all the way to see the trial and they only went until about 10:00 because the airhead DA didn't have anything prepared. How long has be been working on this? The guy looked like the lawyer version of Barney Fife. And can he talk any slower? Does he have a head injury?

I'm supposed to get class credit for writing about this trial. Drove there. Got there at 9:15. They ended at 10:15. Apparently it's a lot easier to be a lawyer than I thought -at least in Plumas (Dufus) County

The CPS Dept. up there is even worse. I read in the Progressive that the DA wasn't persuing the death penalty. Hope the fry his sleazy arz.

The good news is no Plumas County jury would let Carrillo-Garcia get away with this heinous crime regardless of what this Cunan guy does. The bad news is that you need a DA who knows what he's doing in order to hold up in a court of appeal. I've found at least one case online that Cunan has had reversed. http://www.plumascountycourtclowns.com/ I guess this is where a belief in a just God comes in handy

The bad news is you need a competent DA to present a clean case that holds up in an appeals process. The reason why they aren't going for the death penalty is because Steven's parents asked them not to. If they were to go for the death penatly and then it gets appealed, he could walk after just years in prison. This was the smart way to go. Plus, ths punk won't last long once the boys in general population find out he had sex with a dead girl!!

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Virgo

Someone is easily angered today, and you'll want to tiptoe around them at every opportunity. They might be on the defensive and imagine that you're getting at them all the time, or they could be quick to point the finger of blame straight at you. It won't be an easy day, but try not to get swept up in the emotional dramas that are swirling around you. They'll only exhaust you.
