Judged: 1 1 1 Well actions speak louder than words, Woldow made Kraft the Editor....ergo you upped me and called me out, now I will give you a nice title and tittle me no more will you. I couldn't work for this person . I'd rather sleep in a tent and eat out of a dumpster before I would sell my Randy, dandy integrity. |
WHAT the hell are you talking about????? |

After Kraft called out Woldow on editing his piece, W comes back and offers him the regional editor position. That says loss of integrity to me. You are willing to work for some dips--t who altered your writing so you can have a title. I'm sure Randy will not be saying anything bad about W again. Page 2 of the 7/30 issue of the Gassette. Barry remains as the GM |
Yeah what a blast 35 years in the paper business and you end up regional mgr for some hapless and hopeless piece of garbage. There's a career goal for yah! |
Looks like the reporter is honest no more. He was made Reg. Mgr. HAH! |
Wow, Randy Kraft has been well known as a local journalist for a long time. I'm pretty sure I grew up reading his byline. What a shame that he sold out just to have a title at the Quakertown Hot Mess. Still, I pity the fool--even the fool who is also a sellout--who goes to work for Woldow. If Randy had problems with one teensy weensy article being edited, well, he ain't seen nothin' yet!

Well, he'll be just another in a long line of "editors" that Woldow will coerce...but even more so in this case as Woldow is in full control of this paper. We can ask: What WAS Randy thinking? |
Judged: 2 1 1 I guess this paper isn't doing as well as Woldow says it is! Wouldn't surprise me...he lies all the time anyway. |
Hey everbody has to eat, no matter what trough it's from. Let's see if he can keep 'em honest |
Randy Kraft deserves a chance to display journalistic integrity. The paper seems to be finding its way.
Judged: 1 1 How is it finding its way if there are only 12 ads to support it, one of which, or more, isn't even being paid for? |
Judged: 1 They've already had their chance. At every turn, and in every instance so far, the Gazette has chosen to be secretive rather than prove its integrity. You can read it and keep *hoping* it becomes the next Pulitzer Prize winner for small-town newspapers. I've got better things to do. |
Judged: 1 By finding its way, I was referring to what coverage it is providing of area events. It's not there 100%, but its a free paper.
There hasn't been a letter to the editor printed since the school board budget vote, and when that was going on, only Stepanoff supporters got their letters in print...not ONE letter to the contrary. QCSD won't provide info to the Gassette any more because the paper is used to attack the district all the time. Where is the "community" in this so-called community newspaper? |
Also, if the advertisers are abandoning ship, there must be a problem...with the owner, maybe? |

Judged: 1 Advertisers? They all heard of Woldow and abandoned ship like rats. At the next Richland sups meeting, he will get all the credit for what Neil Eckert did for the golf outing. |
Judged: 2 2 Well, this is what you get when you found a newspaper on a lie. Does anyone know WHO Anne Palmer REALLY is? I think she's Woldow's alter ego. |
