Let's see, where to begin...380% tax increase in one year...tried to build the YMCA on perserved open space...hates all democrats (and claims to be a good Christian)...takes kick backs from his buddy Richard "The Child Molester" Woldow...put the TWP in debt for $1.8M for a softball complex that doesn't even have a bathroom...put the TWP in multiple millions of dollars of debt for a police force that didn't even have 24 hour coverage (just couldn't work with Q-Town for a combined police force that would have been much more cost effective)...end of Volume 1 of 15...

How about getting the township involved in 6 lawsuits that he has lost...three of which were for violating civil rights.

The electorate was well acquainted with the history of the Richland Township government before he was elected, re-elected, and then re-re-electecd. Poor YOU who has not a hint as to good sportsmanship and has not a hint as to how losers are expected to behave. Why have you begun your journey into electorate chosen glory once again?

Good sportsmanship? Really? And what of your ilk, the "sore winners" who continually attack the Murphys, Brian Kline, the Z's, etc? Give me a break!

Did you forget Richland's Walnut Bank solar panel deal with a certain locally-owned "green" company or is that in Volume 2?

You meant to say a political patronage deal with his chum Paul Stepanoff for an overpriced pork project that will take 13 years to pay off!

Not to change the subject, but who's the new Police Chief? Notice how quiet that whole incident was kept? Orloff instrumental in the "cover up"?

In 1996, Rick Orloff was photographed at a local childrens' soccer game in the parking lot pulling Sue Hendricks (145th state rep candidate) bumper stickers off parked cars. He thought no one could see him, but a a sharp eye snapped photos of him in action.

If everyone hates this guy, then why does he keep getting re-elected. Seems like these "sins" would be pretty well-known, but people just ignore them and keep voting him in?

Orloff's record was not toxic to the electorate who could see the alternative. That might be because the 145th Dems, with the politically inept help and advice of Brian Kline, have offered the electorate NO electable alternatives, with NO electable platforms, with NOTHING but his personal belief that candidates require something NEGATIVE about their opponents to run on in order to win elections. Brian Kline has a warped perception of local politics and has been given free reign, despite his MANY personal losing campaigns, to feed off the candidates and their clueless donors who continue to (so trite and sorry) drink the kool aid he charges for. Kudos to Brian Kline for pulling the wool over the many who want meaningful change in government!

Rick Orloff has been elected and then re-re-elected. The voters are NOT dunces. He was re-re-elected even though the local news outlets reminded voters of the problems that existed on his elected watch. We all get it. The alternative was worse. Thanks Brian et al.!

The voters aren't dunces, but he was re-re-elected even though they were reminded of the problems? Again, if they're aware of the problems, but keep re-electing him, wouldn't that make them dunces?

The citizens of Richland Township are NOT "dunces.
