The parking lot is full because of all the fatazz people eating the buffett!!!!! That pizza is at least kind of warm since it comes straight from the oven , maybe. Plus 80% of the people around here don't know what good pizza is!!! The reason pizza hut will do nothing is that there is really no other option besides dexter pizza for people and they know it. And no the crust did not need to proof, they have been using premade crust for all their pizza for years now. I all comes in a box from the food truck, it sucks that most restuarants now days take no pride in what they serve and make nothing from scratch anymore. If they can buy it frosen and deep fry or microwave it they will take the easy way out to save a few pennies. In my opinion they would save more money by making crust from scatch, you can get a hell of a lot of crust from a 50 pound bag of flour.

Well I just wanted to update this, and maybe shine some hope for anyone else who is or has had a problem with the company. We received a letter of apology from the Pizza Hut company and a $24 dollar gift certificate, the cost of our food. I know it doesn't fix the problem since I have to use it at Pizza Hut but it is much better than them doing nothing at all. It's a small victory, but a victory none the less. :)

Wonder when theyz gonna come out with a coldcut combo..Now that'd be good pizza!

Well I don't know any of the employee's there on a personal level, but I agree with Snapple. If you know these things to be "FACTS" Then step up and do something about it. You can contact the corporate manager or regional manager. I think that behavior is not appropriate in a business of any kind. But if it isn't true then why bring it up? So.. FACT OR FICTION?
