the 273,318,340 small block mopars have larger mains than the generic motor small blocks. the 360 has larger mains than a 426 hemi. the large mains combined with the longest rods of any stock small block,ie.heaviest is what makes the mopar so durable,and why it uses alot of fuel. it takes 1000.00 to put shaft mounted rockers on a chevy you get that for free on a mopar. mopars have .904 lifters, which means we can have a faster rate of lift than you can achieve with a generic motors .845 lifters. dollar for dollar mopars make more power and last longer in nhra stock eliminator mopars have to have less comp. than chevys,in prostock we have to way more than chevys. in nascar we have to have shorter spoilers to give us less downforce all this and more in an effort to slow us down.

Seen you racing your slow ass mustang Sat. night. Way to lose. Is that truck gas or Diesel. If it's Diesel with a chip.. Why waste my time and his. I know people with D-Max's that can smoke your little blcak mustang. What you ran a 9.10, I know a guy that can run 7.00's in his D-Max. So why even bring it in the picture?
