Port Charlotte mother arrested in child sex case involving 18-month-old daughter

Charlotte County Sheriff's Major Crimes detectives late this afternoon arrested Melissa Ann Bailey, 26, 20133 Helms Way, Port Charlotte, in connection with a child sex investigation involving her 18-month-old daughter and her boyfriend.
