The FBI is now funded to investigate corrupt JUDGES. Call them if you rights are being abused in the courts. JUDGES ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW. The FBI was very nice to talk to. You do not have to be afraid to call them. We need to submit as much proof of crimes by judges and clerks as possible to clean up the criminal judicial system in Colorado. Because of the vast corruption of judges in Pueblo, most who are Democrats, Judy Weaver (R) is being abused by the Democrats. The FBI is above all of the Judges and Courts and they can still investigate judges who are criminals regardless of who is on the judicial disaplin committe. Judy Weaver's very long record is complete proof of her devotion to the good of this state and its people.If you do not report Civil Rights Abuse by judges in court etc. etc. the FBI will never know what is going on. It is up to each of us to protect the law and fight for our rights. Don't leave it up to someone else, you be the strong one and report the crime. Look up the FBI on the web. On March 30, 2011, I presented evidence to corrupt Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann, proving the employers had lied to the Court, stripping me of all evidence necessary to prosecute my case. The employers had sworn simultaneously to both the Colorado Division of Labor, and the Weld County District Court that NEITHER had jurisdiction over my wage claim, because the matter was before the other. The case was clearly before the Court.

In his wrongful Order of dismissal with prejudice, Hartmann accused me of making, "serious unsubstantiated allegations" against the employers and their attorney. I had refused to submit to deposition by an officer of the Court whom had worked a fraud upon the Court. Clearly, anyone committing a felony, Class 4 felony violation of C.R.S. 18-5-114(1) Offering a False Instrument For Recording, is not an officer of the Court, and the Court has no jurisdiction to enforce a subpoena issued by that individual. Evidence obtained on March 30, 2011 from Colorado Dept. of Labor and Employment Director, Ellen Golombek, wholly substantiating my allegations of fraud by the Employers, and counsel, was sent to Hartmann. Hartmann accused me of "harassing" him, merely because I sent him the clear, convincing, and irrefutable evidence in a manner (ex-parte) which his corrupt-ass did not like. Hartmann stripped me of all evidence necessary to prosecute my case via a fraudulent sua sponte ruling, so this scumbag should have FIXED his mistake, not only by demanding criminal charges be filed against the employers and their attorney, but also by reversal of his fraudulent ruling, sua sponte. This did not happen. The Employers were awarded attorney's fees, and they immediately slapped a fraudulent lien on my home.
I demanded, via email, that the employers remove the fraudulent lien from my home. I was then jailed by scumbag Ken Buck for allegedly "harassing" Dream Stone, Ron Murphy, Scott Murphy and Ida (Eve) Murphy, and released on what is believed to be the highest bond amount in Weld County history ($20,000.00) for demanding that the fraudulently obtained lien be removed from my home.
You commit a felony, you have no rights. Right?
We REALLY know what this is about: I hurt Weld County Chief Judge James Hartmann's feelings, and therefore he is entitled to destroy my family, cause the loss of my home, and throw me in jail. Longmont City Councilman, Brian Bagley, put it best, "You pissed off the one person with more power than God, and now he is going to destroy you."
In two separate in-person meetings with Weld DA Ken Buck, on March 21, 2011 Mr. Buck stated, of the fraudulent lien on my home: "You need to seek gainful employment and just get over it and move on with your life." "You need to lose my email address, and lose my phone number, there is nobody in this office who will help you." On April 7, 2011, in the presence of Longmont City Councilman, Brian Bagley, Mr. Buck stated (of the clear and convincing evidence of multiple felonies and fraudulent lien by my former employers, "I don't care." "That's not my problem."
We are now in foreclosure because these scumbags have chosen to 'circle the wagons', rather than complying with their oaths of office, and the Constitution of the United States.

I think you are right. The Local State Federal Government can harm many more people than gangs. Our Pueblo DA protects the 1% criminals by not protecting the victims. He states in the paper that his office holds to the Victim Rights Act Compliancee Program, that is a giant un-truth. He does nothing to protect victims of the good 'ol boys. That he cannot hold his own in court is very sad for Pueblo. We know that Jeff Chostner can be a strong DA, he has already been a strong attorney for the military. The new woman judge, Valerie Haynes, is not a

judge with justice in mind. We are given the right

to defend ourselves in court, especially when the

court document states to be in court to give reason

to lifting a judgment. She would not alow this.

Judicial abuse to be reported. She has no proof

that the paper I did not receive was not lost in

the mail,

or that I even received it. I did not sign for it.

Did kids take it out of my mail box? Did it get

mixed in with a neighbors mail? No proof at all.

Yet, they have placed a lien on my home and I am

not allowed to speak up. Going back through my

papers, this has happened over and over. Judge

Maes and Judge Rayes are not honest judges. This is

going to Senior Abuse in Denver. Just watch out for them.

They don't send papers when they want the other

side to win. Thank goodness I have years of

abuse to prove a patern of abuse by them.

If this has happened to you, please let us all

know. We need to stop this. What an education this

this has all been. People tell me about their

horroes in court. I wish you would speak to

everyone. The roof is so bad the only way the

roofer could win is for the court to be criminals

along with the roofer.

Judge Haynes and David Crockenberg worked together in the same law office when he intimidated and blocked my discovery in Parkview with their woman. Since this made him a felon, she has reasnon not top be trusted. This falls under Judicial Disqualification, Recusal. She totally lied in court that she and Crockenberg were not at the same law firm at the same time.

Judge Maes did the same thing in not sending papers and then giving a judgment. And this was over a roofer who did not have a permit to work on my home. I found the papers from other people. No permit, no inspection. This is suppose to be a very serious crime.

Corrupt Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck MUST be removed from office by any/all lawful means available. He is up for re-election in November. Evidently, Buck has learned nothing from pissing away the Citizens of Weld County's money a mere six-figures at a time.
