Review: Hawaiian Hair Extensions

BEWARE-WARNING HAWAIIAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BY SUSAN REYNOLDS.Hand tied wefts I ordered 4 10 inch wefts LIGHT BROWN with LIGHT BLOND HIGHLIGHTS made with VIRGIN RUSSIAN HAIR with FINE TEXTURE,INSTEAD I GOT 4 BLACK WEFTS WITH ORANGE HIGHLIGHTS SO COURSE IN TEXTURE IT LOOKED LIKE A HORSES TAIL UGH.IT FAILED THE CUTICLE TEST AND THE WEFTS WERE NOT AS GOOD AS MY 26.00 STORE BOUGHT EXTENSIONS.I WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO WAIT 4 WEEKS SHE MADE ME WAIT 7 WEEKS.THEN AFTER I FINALLY GOT HAIR I SENT IT BACK 1 HOUR AFTER I RECIEVED IT.SUSAN DID OFFER TO GIVE MY 810.00 DOLLARS BACK,BUT PUT ME THROUGH SO MUCH I CRIED.AND I ALSO NOTICED THE HAIR WAS JUST LIKE INDIAN OR ASIAN HAIR AND IT ALSO LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE ELSE HAD WORN IT BEFORE SHE SENT IT TO ME.MERCHANT CIRCLE ALSO HAS A COMPLAINT FROM SOMEONE ABOUT SUSAN.I RECOMMEND RUSSIANHAIR.NET .

I purchased some extensions from Susan and was very comforted by the level of communication and flexibilty during the ordering process (although they took much longer than she said they would) however once i recieved the hair I was not so happy. She claims it is russian hair yet it feels much more like Indian and is very damaged with lots of split ends and breakage. Its not terrible quality but definitely not russian like the says.

I would simply say buyer beware. The hair is very expensive and not worth the money when you can buy similar hair for much less.

Personally, I don't believe it's fair for a board to post complaints without proof. What is to stop a dishonest competitor paying someone to write bad reviews about the competition???

Very satisfied!!!! I can't believe how demeaning these comments are...Susan's hair extensions have outlasted every other competitors extensions I have tried in the past hands down. I have had my extensions for almost 3 years and they look like and feel like they did from the day I received them. Although it takes a bit of time for the hand crafted weft to be created unique to your needs, it is well worth the wait. I sent a hair sample and the texture and colour were a perfect match. I experience next to no hair shedding as well as no Velcro effect with the hairs age. The hair doesn't tear my own hair out as many processed Asian hair extensions do. I am so glad to have found such a person who is passionate in creating beautiful hand tired extensions. Thank you Susan for creating lovely extensions for me, I feel very beautiful when I wear them and my confidence has increased considering I have very fine hair that resembles a rats tail when tied back. I look forward to doing business again with you soon.

I agree with Chantal. I have over the past 5 years ordered a few wefts from Susan and every single time they have been outstanding quality. The best extensions I have ever received or used by far. Is it not worth waiting a few weeks for hair you can keep and use for years? Great communication also. Dont understand the bad reviews. Cant recomend her enough

I have bought 3 sets of hair from Susan yes it's expensive but you get what you pay for. The hair is defiantly russian it's of superior quality I would recommend Susan and her hair to anyone. Also if there is a problem Susan will be sure to sort it out.
