agree...pigs arrest him for taking pics from his OWN window?? if that ho' whom he photographed really wanted privacy, she would have closed her curtains. what a total skanky tramp...

There is definitely something wrong with this story. His apt? His camera? Her naked in her apt?
No curtains or shades? Uhhhhh, strange.

This is strange. I think she should have been given a citation for indecent exposure. If you're going to run around nude in your apartment, close the blinds.

They make curtains and window shades for a reason. If you don't want people to see you naked then cover yourself or your windows.

It was very tasteless of the guy to take pictures but I don't see him as a peeping tom so much as an opportunist.

I could see this as an issue if he were outside her window peeking in - but she was clearly advertising her goods to anyone who happened to be looking.

Cover your windows people or expect others to look.

What happened to ensuring your own privacy? If he could see the woman through HIS OWN window, why was she showing everyone her stuff?

This guy may very well be a pervert, but this case doesn't prove that. She needs to be charged with public nudity and ordered to attend domestic training to learn how to use blinds. Depending on how she looks, she might even face other charges like visual assault, inducing vomiting, etc.

Really!! I would fight this charge. Even if the guy plea bargains this he could be made to register as a sex offender. BS, close your blinds.

You guys are all stupid!! First of all the news people have it wrong. He was looking thur her window and blinds were shut. Have some class before you start bashing the victim!!

WOW!!! i AM the victim!!!!!! do you know what its like to be watched for several MONTHS before the cops will do anything?? how would you feel if every morning when you were getting ready for work there was someone outside YOUR window watching you and taking pictures?! its VERY HORRIBLE and TRAMATIZING!!!!

You knew he was doing this for several months and yet you did nothing to make it so he could not see in?

I would do what every normal person would do, I would make sure my windows were completely covered so there was no way for ANYONE to look in - ever.

If he was able to still see in and take pictures - your windows were not covered enough.

Not saying this guy is not at fault for his part in things - but you need to be a lot more careful so you can prevent the situation in the first place. There are sicko's everywhere.

There was a story a few days ago where a guy was in the nude getting his morning coffee in his house and some woman and her kid looked in and saw him. Guess who got arrested. That's right the guy was arrested for being nude in his house. Why isn't this woman arrested?

He is travelling a long way to MOUNDS to look thru your window when he was arrested in Pryor. He looks like a scary dude, however, if you don't want to be seen close the windows. He should not be in trouble when he was in his apartment looking out.

The police report is a matter that falls into the public records act. It dictates, from what little bit of it I have read, that he was taking the pictures while in his own private place.

I saw a story on CNN earlier this week. A man went to his kitchen early in the morning to get coffee in the nude. Someone reported him now he has to registar as a sex offender.

I saw that story! That's not right!
To the victim in this case: Yes, it's creepy what this man did, and maybe some of us did jump to conclusions, however, we can only comment on what is printed. The news reported that the man was in his apartment, not outside your window. What are we supposed to think? I'm sorry you are going through this, just understand, if the news gets it wrong, how are we to know?
