Trailer thief caught in the act

Chad is a good guy and would never do anything like this I think the paper putting a picture of Chad of him dressed up like Mr. Incridble with his family for holloween was very tacky and I will never buy another Pryor Paper very sad.

I also agree, the paper putting a picture of chad in the paper dressed up like Mr. Incredible was very tacky and disrespectful and my friends and I will never buy a pryor paper or daily times again.
Of come to realize you can't believe everything you read...You must wait for the facts. And if they were just trying to get a story out so they can sell papers that is really sad...

Whats so special about Chad A. Felts? Why should he get a pass on committing a crime while the average joe in Pryor who commited the same crime would get the book thrown at them? Wasn't Chad a former car salesmen? Whats up with theses car salesmen in Pryor? First there was Hawkes and Caldwell and now Felts.

I completely agree with the previous 2 comments. What a shame that the newspaper(s) automatically pens someone guilty with a title "Trailer Thief Caught In The Act" when a few proper key words if added should have the title reading "Trailer Thief Suspect Allegedly Caught In The Act" would have been more appropriate. I also agree that posting a picture of the family from Halloween was indeed a poor decision from the editor of the second paper. Truly a shame that an individual's reputation can be tarnished and possibly ruined by print instantly due to an editor(s) hopes of selling more copies of their paper. I believe this not only proves my point that "back road hicks" should not have control conveying information they find "news worthy" to the public which ultimately cheapens the public's view of that particular town and residents.

Sam Jones, do you know what you are talking about? Obviously you don't. I don't know if he is guilty or not, it's not any of my business. I have other things to worry about. It's people like you who "judge" when you don't have any thing to back yourself up with. If you are the same Sam Jones I know of,an "active member of a local church," should I start posting everything I've heard about you? I mean, it's just what I've been told by a couple of people, I guess I should take it to heart and form my opinion based off of what they told me. I have a tip for you, shut your mouth!

Sam Jones - WOW I remember going to Disicple Now at your house....you must have really changed as a person and as Chrisitan. Your comments are completely uncalled for and very WRONG!! I don't understand what gives certain people the right to run their mouths about something they know absolutely NOTHING about - what ever happened to "innocent until proven guilty" - Chad Felts is a wonderful person, husband & father - and obviously Mr Jones doesn't personally know any of the men he mentioned in his comments because if he did he would know he is competely wrong with what he posted - I guess he lives a "perfect" life & does NO WRONG - before you judge anyone take a long look in your own mirror - Mr Jones if you're the Christian man you say you are than you'll know that ALL sins are equal in Gods eyes & I do believe that you running your mouth would be considered such.......

Yeah, this is the real Chad Hawkes, I live in Pryor. Sam Jones, you really don't have a clue. If you would really like to set down with me and ask me any questions, feel free. You can find me anywhere, I see you at church still, right? I'd be glad to clear any issues up that you might have. Seeing that we have attended the same church now for 30 yrs, I would think that since you are so concerned about throwing my name out there, you should be comfortable enough to come to me with any concerns.

I have had several people tell me about this "discussion". Quite frankly, I don't have the time to set on the computer and look for things to put my nose in, especially when I have no business doing so. When I heard someone had used my name to post something when they have no guts to put their own name on it, I decided to clear it up.

So, Sam, I look forward to hearing from you. I never knew you would have ever worried about me so much, let alone form an opinion based off of what you may have read or heard. See you Sunday!! One more thing, Why haven't you put me on the prayer list, seeing I have so many problems. Isn't that what concerned church families do for one another?

Yeah, this is the real me. Anyone can post any name on here, anytime. You ever stop to think that "Sam Jones" isn't the Sam Jones you all want to criticize or even a Sam Jones at all.

You all are right, Felts is presumed innocent under our judicial system. But, you got to admit it's kind of hard to plead your case when a search warrant is being served at your house for stolen property and you drive up pulling a stolen trailer. Should be an easy conviction for any prosecutor worth his salt but will probably be plead out anyway.

Anyway, just keep your trailers locked up for safe keeping. And if anyone tries to steal mine they better be ducking the .223!

It's one thing to get caught pulling a stolen trailer.... It's another to have 8-10 other stolen items in your possession and be on video stealing. I remember Chad from AWANAS, But that has NOTHING to do with guilt or Innocence.
And Chad Hawkes, you screwed a LOT of people out of a lot of money... Your word means nothing.

I agree 100% I thinks its just a car salesman thing to screw people over here in Mayes County.
