I'm sure SHE has an alibi, but what about the BF? Darn shame. More than that. No surprise it was a homicide.

OK, I read the story twice to make sure I didn't miss anything. I didn't read anything about a wife, only said he was a "family man." He could'ave been a family man without a wife though. I'm just curious, was he married, going through a divorce, or what? There has to be more to this story.

I hope it doesn't take a long time to solve this crime for the sake of the family. They have been through enough with the loss of their son.

Or... what if he was trying to escape but got knocked out by a falling burning object that simply fell because it burnt off...who knows?

Donny Jordan's house burnt down in OCtober of 2008. I think Mike helped Donny because Donny had a balloon payment coming due on a 300,000+ loan. Donny didn't have the money for the loan nor the money for the 35K interest payment. He stood to lose everything. HOw convenient that his house burned down, Mike was the first on the scene, it was ruled accidental and Donny collected over 1/2 million dollars. My theory? Mike got greedy and was blackmailing Donny for more money since he was having such a hard time. Donny had already given Mike alot of money. I think Donny had him murdered and then burned the house to make it look suspicious like it was tied to his house burning down. Every time he told the story he made it all about how the wife was aftger him too but that was never the case. Donny probably had Mike killed. He offers reward and points the finger at wife and step-son to take focus off of him. He says his girlfriend can verify he was in antlers but he wasn't. He was in Tulsa that day and he could have gotten to antlers long after that fire started and the girlfriend got to antlers to get him. He could have paid someone to murder mike, shut him up...Donny stood to lose everything if Mike ratted him out to the insurance company. Donny's house burning down paid off a huge debt donny owed. Donny owuld have lost all of his land and the barn, and well, everything. He was broke...dead broke though he lies and says he has all this money. It just seems like the perfect crime to me...but what do I know? I am just another speculartor...BUT taking the focus off of himself and pointing the finger at others, offering a reward, setting up a fund for the kids...all seem like a pretty good way to take the focus off of him. and if you keep in mind Donny was a cop for Pryor for 10 years and he has a lot of pull there. He and his kids never get in real trouble for anything, the cops always turn the other cheek. He all but paid a cop off, officer Bertrand, pushing him to arrest his ex girlfriend Jennifer ORman just so that he could adopt Bailey without Jennifer feeling she had a chance. He basically stold Jennifers daughter. It's sad too because Bailey loves her mother. Donny's tears couldn't come at a better time either. He just buried his dad (who I might add he also called his "best friend") but his dad just passed away in the last 3 weeks so it would be easier for a grown man like that to cry. I know one thing for sure about this man, Donny Jordan, he is about as real as fake eyelashes on a two-bit prostitute who calls herself a lady...People should not be so focused on the boyfriend, the stepson, or the mom/wife, people should look at the best friend who gained a great deal from Mike's death...an entire deer business with some deer valued at over $50,000 each(though he would never admit that to Wendy...plus he conned Mike into signing all of the deer over to him just months before Mike was murdered). I think the cops really need to consider ALL options not just the obvious ones.

I dont know who you are and what all you know but donny and mike was friends for a long time and donny was always well off. He didnt need someone to help him out finacially. Mike was never greedy. He was a family man, whether his marriage was going well or not he loved the rest of his family. He loved Wendy obviously, hell he went back to her and tried making it work, but she was too wrapped up with her convict boyfriend to worry about anyone else including her kids, now the twins are left without a dad and Mike was the only dad Wendys kids knew. I hope whoever did this is living happy while they can because there will be an end to this but not until someone is behind bars. The Cobb family will not let this go. And people who are saying they are just speculators seem to know more than to be just a speculator. What do you know? How well did you know Mike. Donny only had mike sign the deer over because he knew Mike and Wendy were divorcing and didnt want Wendy to try and take Mikes half. No one is pointing fingers at Wendy or the stepson, we just feel one of them know something more then they are telling. Our family wants justice and we will get it.

you don't know all the facts...DONNY IS NOT WELL OFF. He sells his stuff to have money and keep up the fake front. Convenient that only months after he signed over thedeer mike dies. I am just saying if a person thought about it, it would be the perfect crime and Donny did stand to gain alot! He did gain alot. Mike and Corbin hated each other. Mike was one of the greatest men I have even known. It's too bad he is gone. I miss him terribly, I just don't believe Donny is as innocent as he claims. I heard donny grip about mike all the time puttinghim down, complaining about givinghim money, he even tried to figure a way to get money mike owed him from mike's estate...those kids need that money. Megan and her new baby could use all the help she can get. It's a sad tragic event and I pray mike's murderer is dealt the justice they so richly deserve. I think Donny knows more than he is saying. I htink he is purposely shifting th focus from himself. He is very good at lying and prentending to be someone he isn't. He got mike's computer from Wendy and took alot of infomration off of it before he turned it over to the police. That' ssupsocious in itself.

TRUTH, if you know so much then how come you are airing things on here??? Why don't you go to the cops and let them in on your ideas??? Guess what, all the stuff that was removed from the computer can be brought back. It's called forinsics. That's a neat little science. So since you think you have all the answers, can we come to your front yard and hold trial there. You seem to want to be judge, jury and excutioner.

from the outside lookin in, I'd be mighty suspect of Donny.....offering a reward seems a little over the top.
Why??? Would you not offer a reward to find the killer of someone you looked at like a brother or sister? If I had that kind of money I would have put the reward up myself. Mike deserved better than what he got. I hope no tragedy like this ever befalls you or your families. That's all I'm going to say about that. My family is going through a hard time right now. Our family get togethers won't be the same "happy" occasion that it once was. We have to look at the empty chair where Mike would have sat if he were still here. We won't get to see the twins because I doubt their mother might not let them come to our functions. I mean they are minors and she has a big time say over what they do and where they go. The only ones that we will get to see is Megan and the baby. So please stop with the slandering of everybody and let the authorities do what they have to do so that the family can get back to being as normal as normal can be. We want this to be over with soon and certain someone's on here seem to have the answers but will or have they gone to the authorities??? I suspect not. It wasn't their loved one MURDERED so why should they care, right TRUTH???

I can see where you are coming from Judas. However, from the inside looking out... I see nothing but wannabe detectives, that have no clue as to what was going on at the time of the incident. I am not at liberty to talk about any details of the crime itself, but what I do know is that the WIFE owed ALOT of friggin money to people that she embezzled from. So there's a motive right there. Explain what it means when you are sitting on the ground at the fire and you hear the "widow" state repeatedly that "I need the money, I need the money". What does that tell you? The "wife", if that is what you want to call her, dumped her kids off at a friends house in Tulsa, told Mike that she was going to be in Tulsa until around 11 pm. She receives the call that her house was burning down around 10:00pm and an within 15 minutes she was there? I know for a fact that it takes more than 15 minutes to get to Mikes property from Tulsa. Even driving at a high rate of speed you couldn't make it to the property that quickly. you all need to get your facts straight before you go pointing the fingers. Donny was not and is not the beneficiary to any money of Mike's. Anyways, that is all there is to say about it. My children lost a great and wonderful Uncle. We lost a brother and a son and a father. And also explain to me what was so friggin funny at the funeral home. Explain to me since you guys know everything about what is going on why we had to wait so long to bury him. We didn't bury him on May 4th. It was an empty box. Anyways, get the facts before you go spouting off at the mouth. It makes you look like a fool.

Well, I am certainly NOT Wendy. I am, someone, who has been close to Mike and Donny both. I just say it is suspect andd Donny is doing everything he can to point fingers at everyone else...and he has from the moment he found out. His first words after learning of Mike's death were "I know she killed him" and he's been hell bent on proving it. I dont' know who killed Mike. If I knew, I would go to the cops months ago. I just think it is supspicious and Donny DID gain alot from hishouse burning down, donny does have financial troubles thatpeople on the outside don't see. I HAVE been onthe inside andknow from a diff perspective. I know Donny is a different person than what he presents to the rest of the world. He is a very greedy man with a gambling problem, anger problem, and spending problem. those are facts that can be proven.
