Ms. Capper was hired as assistant principal at FMS and she didn't get all five votes either.

When are they going to name our new assistant principal? Let's get it over with.
I nominate Barney Fife and Andy Griffin as the princi-pal and leader-ett of the school. Together with those currently in charge will be a wonderful and exciting show to watch.

Is Andy and Barney related to or friends of the board? If not they better plan to stick with police work.

What are the summer hours for principals to be in their school buildings. All should have the same hours at school with NO exceptions. Not fair to the other principals or to parents that need to speak to them.

Our tax dollars pay a high daily and yearly wage for our administrators. They should work a full 8 hour day every day at our schools. At least one current administrator is not. Board members do your job please.

You can't bring that big farm to work. If the principals work 4 hours or 8 hours they get the same big paycheck. Everyone I know works 8 hours each day. Principals should be at school 8 hours per day. Taxpayers demand it.

You try to find anyone at FMS at 2pm. Everybodys gone janitors administrators everybody. Sounds like a 6 hour work day at best to me. Work 6 hour paid for 8hours.

Now we are getting somewhere. Why should our dedicated janitors get paid for a full 8 hours of work while administrators work way less than 8 hours and get a full days pay? Janitors should arrive at work when administrators do and leave the school when the administrators do.

Principals put in over 55 to 60 hours a week doing the school year due to extra curricular activities. I wouldn't begrudge any time that they can comp during the summer whenever students are not in school.

So administrators at Fairland can work over 40 hours a week during the school year and take off work any time during the summer. Who keeps track of the hours over 40 the administrator works during the school year and who keeps track of the hours the administrator does NOT work during the summer? This sounds like a plan just perfect for our new principal at FMS. Hard to have a farm business without being there. Our tax dollars given away. Teachers stay over at work all the time so give us time off too!

You are an idiot. Teachers and administators dont punch a time clock. The summer schedule has been set this way fo years and now you want to complain. Go to work and stop worrying about everyone else. Learn to take care of yourself and quit sticking your nose into others business.

Don't worry about the janitors. They don't work when they are there.
