Mr Hayes is NOT on the fair board. He holds a county seat position and is no longer in charge of the fair, the fair board, or their recent failures !! And if I am not mistaken, Mr Hayes & his wife did donate a substantial amount of money towards the financing of that new barn... SO, SOME PEOPLE NEED TO "CLEAN OFF THEIR OWN BACK PORCHES BEFORE THEY STAND ON OTHERS"
