How can a Police Chief shoot an unarmed man in the back and not be arrested for it. This happened in the courtroom. With his back turned, what kind of physical threat did this man display towards anyone in that courtroom. Was there any verbal warnings given before discharging his weapon. Why is there no warrant been issued and this man arrested. Sounds to me he is a threat to society carrying a weapon around.
