you know what I sat down and really did a lil thinking bout the comment lol sent and here is what I actually think bout it. So what u want me to do is to just walk in to the bank in marion and walk up to her and say i'm the guy askin bout u on topix jesus christ im a big guy (not that big) 6ft 4in if I was to do that hell it would probably scare her that's why I put the email add so if she wants to get to kno me it would b in private mow my question to lol is now who is the dork??? why don't people think before they type shelia if u want to take the time to get to know me hit me up on the email u won't be sorry.

I agree with "LOL". You want someone to contact you that doesn't know how old you are or what you look like based simply on the fact that you are interested in her. Maybe I don't mind getting rejected, but I'd rather walk up to her at the bank and express my interest and see if she would would be interested in getting to know me.

I'm not bashing you just trying to help you out. Here's what you need to do. Walk into the bank like you own it and if someone approaches you then ask to speak to Sheila and say, Hello, my name is Denny and I've always thought that you are very attractive and would really like to get to know you. Would you be interested in going out for dinner somewhere quiet that we can talk and get to know each other?

If she is interested then I promise she will accept. If not then just realize it is her loss and move on to the next. Women love confidence. Not cockiness but true unabashed confidence even if you are not a GQ model. Man up and ask the woman out. Heck, I may have to drop by and check her out myself and ask her out so you'd better hurry up.

No one wanted to bash you, you just took the chicken shit way to try to meet someone and girls with class would be offended.

I'd like to know if "Her Cousin" ever told her about this and what Sheila's response was. That would be interesting to know.

Denny - I am not bashing you man. If you took it that way then I am sorry. I am one of the most bashful guys around when it comes to talking to women but if she catches my eye that much then I'm going to suck it up and take my chance. I can say that I would NEVER use this approach. I honestly believe that you thought this was a great idea when you originally typed this up but now you are just embarrassed once you took a step back and looked at it the way she may have perceived it. Here's a different angle, why don't you call the bank and speak to her over the phone since you feel it would make everyone "uncomfortable" by walking into the bank in person. BTW, did she ever e-mail you at the address you provided? I'm betting, No since you sent an apology on here.

Speaking as a female, I think it is really sweet the way this guy is going about things, and it is kind of romantic......You do what makes you feel comfortable...
