went there many times and the peopel are always great and answer all your questions and call you back when you leave a message. I recommend going there yourself you will see the people there are as good as you will find or better than anywhere else.

Pathetic customer service from the owner himself the two times we went there--thats all right---found something I liked and bought better on down the road. person not want to give me the time of day--heck with ya. kinda got the feelingsince this is such a old post wonder if the owner himself didnt drag it back up to advertise his business---bahahaha

I was actually satisfied with my visits there. We were going to buy and I liked a home that they had.
We decided to buy an On Frame modular to save the extra money required with the price of the crane to set your home on your foundation...and save from having to find someone to lay the block foundation.

If I could do it over again...woulda bought from silverpoint....hands down.

I bought a silverpoint home. Extremely disappointed. The worst purchase I've ever made. Quality of the home doesn't come close to show model. Poor communication between workers while setting up. Have had one problem after another. I would advise anyone considering one of these homes to run as far away from it as they can get.
