I've had nothing but the best service there. My friends adn I have been going there regularly since they opened up, 10 or so years ago. I've always been nice to the servers and they return the favor...try it sometime, I'm sure you'll have better luck.

Nothing but good service there. Now Bluefield went once and haven't been back since. They might have changed but it was such a bad experience just can't bring myself to go back.

I've had terrible service there, too, and the food is mediocre at best. I went there several years ago with my husband and my cousin and her husband and it was a nightmare. My husband ordered a steak and it was very fatty, so we explained to the server and sent it back. They brought another steak out and it seemed to be the same steak with the fatty parts cut off. It was also not done. We paid our bill with a fifty and the waiter didn't give me enough change back (kept approx $20). It was awful. My husband and I went there lots when we first started dating. I have only been back once since that fiasco and my husband hasn't been back at all.

ok. so u gave a $50 and the waiter kept $20 from ur change? what did u get, just a couple of pepsis? u cant eat for less than $20 for 2 people there

just ate there today and the service was so slow and the salad wilted, what is wrong with that place, the waiter look like he slept in those clothes.

Dumbass.$50-$20=$30 Our food cost $30. I paid with a $50. He kept $20. The end.

i to have had nothing but bad service. apple b's is my favorite rest. i use to eat at the one in bluefield weekly. i moved to priceton and went there. it was terrible. 4 steak dinners and 3 of them were not right. the gm tried to make good and gave us a free meal. but it was not good either. since that we dont go there or any apple b's. its to expensive to get such bad service and bad food.

they messed up our last order to and it was lukewarm when we got it.the waitress was rude and had 50 different colors in her hair.she works at macados and i refuse to go there now either

We were there about 6 week ago, the server couldn't get the orders right and some of the food was hot others were cold, ask for something and never did get it when we told them to forget it we were going they said I'll get it to go. Why would I want it to go if it was to eat with my meal? Havn't ate there scence, and this is one of our favorite places to eat.

I tried for 15 min to get someone to take our order for curbside. I was left on hold for 5, called back, put on hold, was hung up on twice and called back to complain to management and was hung up on again. I will never eat at the Princeton Applebees again. There are too many other places for them to be terrible to their customers.

So... if Applebee's is so bad... don't eat there! That seems like the most obvious answer... If all people have to do with their time is to sit and complain about the service of Applebee's on topix then you obviously have bigger issues... Just curious, how many of you have had to work and deal with the public or how many have had a job as a server? It's not easy dealing with bitchy, complaining fuckers all day! Most of these complaints seem like they have to do with the actual food anyway.... Do you think your server has anything to do with that? Hell no.... It's the kitchen staff.... All I can say is try McDonald's or something next time because I would rather not serve you pissy fucks.....

amen!!! until you have done the job that your complaining about... you have no right to talk trash. and if more people would follow the golden rule... do unto others as you would have them do unto you.. shut your trap. if you cant be nice to your server, who is working a hard job dealing with cranky hungry people and gets paid LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE for it, then eat at home! most servers i know work as a server for the tips, because tips is where the money is made. most of them are trying to put themselves through school, or are struggling to pay their rent because our economy sucks. so if you can afford to even go out to eat in the first place, make sure you can afford to treat your server well so that you enjoy your meal and your server and send it on or pay it forward... watch that movie, pay it forward, and you will know what i mean.
to all servers and people who have to deal with the public... kudos to you for being a strong enough person to have to deal with some of the crap people put out!!!

The food and service really $ucks there, But the beer is great and some of the female staff are really HOT.

Most of the servers at Applebees are very rude and have a terrible attitude! Some of the girls walk around like they own the place. If you go in there around 9 alot of the female servers are running around in there coats because they have been out back smoking. I had a server there one night who was hardly giving us any service because she said the manager had her in the back scrubbing the floors. We were very understanding in that I have been a server in the past and know what a pain it is to have sidework to finish along with waiting tables. We ended up leaving cash on the table because we couldn't find her to give her our card. When we exited the building, she was outside smoking with two customers. Ridiculous! I have been a server before and understand how frustrating it can be to wait on the public, deal with coworkers, and juggle sidework but there is no excuse for the way the servers at Applebees act. If you don't like serving and are going to have a bad attitude about it, GET ANOTHER JOB!!!

Hahaha! Oh yeah, because our economy is booming! Let me see if I can do that! Most of the girls that works there a) already have degrees and can not find jobs or b) are in the process of getting degrees.... I'll work on that for you!
