I heard he gets out this summer sometime. He may already be out, or maybe not.

Intentional? Bullshit.It wasn't Brandon's fault that a knife was pulled on him. Brandon hit the man ONCE. Then Cody hit him with a skate board. Brandon didn't bring it on himself, at least he didn't run. He could've, but he choose to stay & take therap for something he didn't do.

The guy did not have a knife brandonwrapped his cwb flag around his fist the guy was backing up telling him he didnt wanna fight and brandon punched him then cody hit him in the head with the skate board he falls on the stage and brandon and cody run drive away and hide why because they are trash! they didnt even call 911 for him they didnt care brandon was bragging about it till the poor guy died in the hospital and thats all the facts

911 was called. The guy that died was one of Brandon's best friends, he wouldn't have just hit him for no reason, c' mon. Get real. & Brandon? Brag? I highly doubt that. He ain't like that. & trash just like his whole family? I'm part of his family & i am NOT trash. I'm very fuckin far from it. Brandon did NOT kill the man. His charge was Involuntary manslaughter. Which means the mans death was an accident.Its accidental, unintentional. Proven facts (: Brandon hitting him, isn't what killed him. It was the force in which Cody hit him with the skate board. If Cody had not hit him, he would still be alive.

brandons cousin you really dont know do you? He punched him because they pulled up and some guy and woman said he was trying to get her go hook for drugs that made brandon mad and no 911 was not called by him or cody or the girl.they were with they ran and hid and yea the blow cody did is what killed him but brandon is trash for running and hiding and he hid under his sister trailor. And yea he was bragging before the man died about the fight not about him dying.
