Good neighborhood? Drugs? Does everyone there work or is it more of a welfare community? Sorry for all the questions but i know nothing of the area and would like to make an informed decision

Im just looking for a quiet place without excessive noise or drama to raise my daughter for a few years while we find a house in the area. Welfare community? Since when does welfare pay 850 a month? That seems a little above the median rent for the area so i was hoping that would weed most of them out, but you can never tell these days

Put the 2 together & you get "far from welfare community".....
