I've been there and feel sorry for those having to live in such a hostile environment. It's so backards. There is such a great need for a good therapist. If your not mental from living there, you'll get a little from visiting. Education is limited, your limited to your life, because it's being controlled by some real ignorance so do you and yours a favor and run for the next town asap.

Your writing skills prove you have limited education and last time I was in Princeton the word hostile never came to mind. Nice, quite beautiful town.

I visit Princeton for work and the people are very educated. Maybe those of you who are calling Princetonians dumb should probably look at yourselves. It's not kind, nor intelligent to judge a whole town on a few folks...and no it's not hositle. It's actually been called the friendliest place in Western KY.

That's for sure ... it's just like it. They continually show their true colors and nature by the stunts they act out.

I live in Princeton. It could be worse, it could be Lyon Co. I moved away for a while and moved back after I had kids and lived in Lyon Co for about 3 years before moving to Princeton. I received a letter every year notifying me that I had the option to send my children to Caldwell County for school due to the test scores in Lyon County being so low. As far as hostile, Princeton is very laid back and quiet for the most part. Every village has it's idiots. It does seem that people are not as nice as they once were. They are rude, inconsiderate, greedy, and selfish. Most of them are all talk and no action. But that seems to be what this world is coming to. It is up to us as citizens and parents to make sure our children don't grow up to be like the kind of rude people we dislike.

Amen! The only thing I have to say about small town living is that, if you love hunting, fishing, ghost hunting ;0), and other outdoor activities, with a little imagination there's plenty to do. Seems like everyone has lost their sence of adventure and become a little lazy when it comes to occupying their time.

Aquarius

Time to retreat to home sweet home as the hearth-loving Moon moves into Taurus and your fourth house of home and family.
