if my son has done such a crime, then yes he needs punished. BUT until he is PROVEN GUILTY without any doubt. he is still innocent. I have been in Law enforcement for most of my life and do know that a person is innocent until proven guilty.

The problem is that there will always be "any doubt" by keymo's family. It saddens me to know that he will be found guilty and the family will never believe it. The fact of the matter is that a child was lost. I hear all of this stuff about "free keymo" but nothing about how this child had his life literally snuffed out for no reason

There's a lot of unanswered questions here. God is the only one who knows what happened....And we all have our judgement day before him.

Kywatchdog, that baby was at the age where he was probably walking around things and getting curious about stuff. His death should of never happened. NO matter who or how it happened.

This is from WPSD News

A Caldwell County man, Phillip Knee has been indicted by the Grand Jury there in the death a 10-month-old who died of strangulation.

Commonwealth Attorney G.L. Overy telling NewsChannel 6, Knee is scheduled for 1:00pm Arraignment today. Overy expects Knee to plead NOT GUILTY as a matter of procedure.

Police say Knee admitted he suffocated his girlfriend's ten month old child. But later he changed his story and his girlfriend, Janice Cotton is now supporting Knee's innocence.

Ethan Cotton was ten months old when he died in February in Princeton, Kentucky. At first it looked like natural causes. Janice Cotton says the family was still coming to terms with Ethan's death.

Beary Cotton says the investigation into his son's death has answered questions he's had since he first learned Ethan passed away.

“They told me it was something to do with some kind of crib death or something at the beginning, but I didn't believe it was. He was too healthy of a baby,” said Beary.

Knee's Admission

Police say at the time of Ethan's death, Phillip Knee claimed he left the child alone with a bottle and came back to find him not breathing.

For more than a month after Ethan's death, Phillip continued to live with Janice, who never suspected he was responsible for her son's death.

After police got the autopsy results, they interviewed Phillip again. This time he admitted to holding Ethan with a bottle in his mouth until he stopped breathing.

Knee would not be eligible for the death penalty. Commonwealth Attorney G.L. Overy says without an aggravating circumstance like an additional felony, the murder charge alone would not make the death penalty an option.

Phillip Knee is currently in the Caldwell County jail where he's being held on a five hundred thousand dollar bond.

Janice cared more about chasing dick than caring for her kids! That's why she let someone she didn't know more than a few weeks move in with her and those kids!! & Unfortunately little Ethan died but I don't believe Keymo did it, he cared too much about children. I seen how he acted to his first born child && I'd NEVER believe that he'd harm an innocent child.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Pisces

The last thing you want to do is to picking over every little thing. Instead, you have one eye permanently on the clock and you're trying to cram as many activities into the day as possible. This will be good fun and you'll enjoy keeping up the momentum, but beware of a possible tendency to become reckless or to try to cut corners in order to save time, because this will be self-defeating in the long run.
