First of all, this is overall a very young team. Agreed, they have to do better on defense. Let's remember it's just week three, they will keep getting better. With that being said, you need to know how much heart they showed by coming back after being three touchdowns down last night. They never quit. You say this is a "weak bunch"... I must say, you are the "weak" person. You know where those young men are at this morning.. They are at practice. They have a heartbreaking loss, get beat and banged up, and they wake up on a Saturday morning and go to practice. So if you really want to know what "weak" looks like, put down your computer and go look in the mirror. You can type all the mean things you want, each and every one of those boys are 10 times the person you are.. Also, you probably should spend some time working on your grammar skills, that way when you spend all that time typing that paragraph you won't look so stupid both for your point and your grammar... HAIL BLACKCATS.

pburg fan,you are so stupid!That will always be some of the parents battle cry,"WE ARE YOUNG,OR WE GOT CHEATED".I guess last night it was the YOUNG thing.As far as practice this morning,these players are not at practice by their own choice,they are there because they have a couple of egotistical idiots for coaches!!!!!! I was at the game last night and I saw a young Lawrence Co team out play P-Burg and I saw a Lawrence Co coach absolutely makes our Coach look like a Pee Wee Coach!!!!!!!!!! So if all you have is YOUNG and GRAMMAR to use in your post then you need to go get another suck off the Derossetts!!!!

Your an excellent example of how screwed up so many adults are in P-Burg when it comes to the football team...yeah, the TEAM! For those young men busting their hind ends last night and today at practice, what is happening is not about the Derossett's, it is abut them. They love the game, to compete and to win. For each of them, each game is one less they will ever play and they really, really care about how they play and if they win. Coaches stay around for decades, but these boys get 4 years and only one senior season. Why don't you "grown ups" act like you care about these kids and get off the hate thing on the coaches. Who gives a sh*t about the coaches? I don't. But I do for the boys that play. I want them to win and I want them to feel they have fans who support them even when they lose. This particular team has played hard and done a lot of thing well. You think the coaches suck? All the more reason to support and encourage the players, who are the ones every adult should care about. It is their team, not the coaches. Show some character and heart and support the boys as they run after their dreams. That is the most important thing happening between the lines on that field.

Not only this season, or the next season, there will always be times when everyone either hates the coaches or loves the coach, but I say, care for and support the players! 4 years goes by fast and these young men have already given us some very good and entertaining Friday nights, so let's show them that we appreciate that, with our support, school spirit and positive, uplifting remarks about the TEAM!

these coaches would do this high school a great favor if they would just quit.not alot of people really want them there but some act like they do.if you listen in the stands you would realize how bad they want them gone.

i told you people it is time for changes at p-burg the players and coaches have self diestructed and the soap goes on.this is an embarassement when the clock has to be run straight thru in the 4th quarter dont you think.players have no heart and coaches have no knowledge of football they got executed tonight.the doctors,dentist,and judges sons are not getting it done they got taught how to play football tonight period.
