Dr Trivette kicked me out b/c I was positive for benzos ONE time and I had only been going there a few weeks. He said he was calling the social workers on me and couldnt see me anymore. Im sorry but I came there b/c I needed help and he only wanted the money from medicaid. DO NOT go to him if you seriously need help and HAVE CHILDREN!!!

I was on percocets for over 8 years. My Dr. told me to take them even if I wasn't hurting and before I knew it, I was an addict!! I went to self-Refined in columbia, ky and seen Dr. Higgason..LOVED him. He would call me at home for the first week to check on my progress and how I was doing with the suboxone strips. But I could only afford one month--$410.00 a month plus getting strips filled. I finally found 2 Dr's that do take humana insurance and I know they take other insurances too. But they are so RUDE and they act like they are God himself! But my insurance pays for it. Dr. Shipp and Dr. Weidler in columbia, ky.. I wish Self -Refined took insurance!!!! I have been clean from percocets and any other opoids for 4 1/2 months now! I listen to my body and only take 1/4 at a time when I start feeling sick. My goal is to be off the suboxones in another month!!:)) Because I have learned to not trust ANY Dr...they keep you coming back...ALL ABout MONEY!!

Dr Castle is in Paintsville. I have family that goes to Castle. Both offices do a great job. Both are $300/month to start and keep going.

Some of the people have been using suboxone for years and don't reconize they have a problem because it is legal they think they are fine .
