You're so stupid, you can't even seem to understand that it was Raye Dawn who left (to pick up POS MP'S kids from school) and she was the one who "got home" to find her daughter dying. Porter is in prison and should rot there as should Raye Dawn Smith. Though I am hopeful that Smith will eventually be charged with the crime she actually committed MURDER and get the death penality.

And for the record, I am not excusing Raye Dawn. She should have put two and two together a long time ago and left MP in order to protect Kelsey. She is dumb as a box of rocks but I do not believe that she ever directly harmed her daughter herself. The signs of abuse begand right after Raye met MP. I cannot believe everyone couldn't see that it was obviously MP who was doing this. However, it was ultimately RD's negligent behavior that caused Kelsey to be in the wrong place at the right time and get killed by POS MP and THAT is what RD should be sitting in prison for. Can ANYONE imagine the fear that little Kelsey must have had when she knew she was about to be left with MP alone, once again? No wonder she was exhibiting signs of bad separation anxiety when RD would be getting ready to leave or go somewhere. I wish I could have saved that poor little girl.

raye thought the abuse was coming from the briggs, raye was fighting so hard to get her child back and porter had a answer for every bruise she got, raye didnt know porter would harm her child even when he turned nasty in the last week of kelseys life. the briggs blamed raye and raye blamed the briggs while that monster was beating the child, i do believe raye is innocent but that does not mean i dont care about what happend to kelsey as many people have stated on her " if you believe in raye's innocence then you dont care about kelsey" that couldnt be more wrong.

That's just it though, Porter did have an answer for every bruise she got. At some point don't you ask yourself, why, everytime she is with him, does she end up getting hurt? That to me would be a big red flag but I will say that the Briggs certainly did Kelsey a huge disservice in distracting Raye from the real focus, which was seeing the truth - that it was indeed MP who was doing the abusing. The Briggs are idiots for not seeing that it was MP themselves. They were so damn intent on getting Raye. It's a real tragedy that was 100% preventable. In the end, I just have to keep asking myself, how in the hell did everybody miss it? The abuse started only AFTER MP came onto the scene. Even the judge and caseworkers ALL missed it - Damn!(BTW, I agree 100% with your last sentence)

You know Erica, read up on the case. If it was reallty Raye Dawn who did the abusing, then it wouldn't have started only AFTER MP came onto the scene. Nobody loves and wants to protect kids more than me but even as heartbroken as I am about the terrible, terrible torture this little girl went through, it was clearly NOT her mother. Kelsey's behavior towards Raye was always 100% positive. A mother who loved her child as much as Raye did (judging from all of the videos and pictures and witness statements), does not just decide one day that she is going to start abusing the very daughter that she loves. GET A CLUE.

And one more thing Erika - were you even aware of the statement MP made about Kelsey being the most spoiled (by Raye) child around? MP was so jealous of the attention Raye showered on Kelsey that, that is (in part) was why he chose to take his rage out on her. He was a jealous, evil monster.
