Duh, of course she wants a new trial, she lgot cought and convicted and now her baby abusing butt is in prison. The problem is that the b itch is guilty of far more that she was convicted of.

kelsey woke up crying, and mike lost his temper, after all he was alone and that was the time he would abuse her, I bet it didn't take him long to kill her, she was already sick from the accident and his previous abuse and the rough ride at the amusement park.
he did not love her, he loved his children, his going to jail meant losing everything, poor blaine, what is he going to think when he finds out what happended to his parents, I am sure he will not agree with this abusive forum.

El, relax. It does no good to surrender to mob mentality. However, I do want to add something to your post. Raye Dawn Smith is in the same league as Diane Downs, Susan Smith, Casey Anthony, and Darlie Routier; mothers who couldn't be bothered to interrupt their lives to be a parent.
