I've NEVER seen their sales lot this empty! It looks like a ghost town- I thought this dealership wasn't one of the ones closing down? Chrysler would be crazy to shut down this one just based on how many Jeeps are down here on the beach.

not sure their reputation is the greatest... I was going to buy a car from them last year and I had 3 different people tell me to go elsewhere,

also, a couple of months ago there were unhappy customers with signs picketing during rush hour... that can't be good.

I heard the dealership was choosing to go with a different brand.

I think it is because he probably can't get any cars from Chrysler. Haven't they temporarily closed a lot of the factories?

I wonder if he isn't waiting to buy some inventory from some of the closed dealerships.

I hope they are closing after charging $16.00 for cutting me a spare key that wasn't of the sensor type, they never have parts in stock as needed and the wait time for work is just stupid.

So what happened to all the cars that WERE there just a few months back?? Surely Chrysler doesn't buy any of them back in the financial shape Chrysler's in....

We were having an intelligent ON TOPIC conversation here before you stepped in making personal attacks on someone. BTW, you write just like you speak, BD.

Wonder if they are having trouble with vandals or something, so they are moving them at night. They were there Friday afternoon.

I hope they are not closing cause they are the only Dodge place close to Frisco. I came up this weekend and there were cars on the lot, but just like g money said, not nearly what used to be there. May be everyone is cutting back including Chrysler. I like this place and I hope they don't close.

That's why this POS is still in business!! His mechanics are MARGINAL at best who just replace parts hoping to solve the problem instead of diagnosing the problem. After all it's the customer that pays for the sub par extremely expensive and unnecessary work. He has to order just about everything you need, he has little to no stock on hand and if you didn't know, he orders service parts (brakes, spark plugs etc)from the local auto part stores but charges you for OEM parts and prices. To be fair he's not the only dealer getting parts from auto part stores and charging OEM prices, Victory and Sawyer also do it.
Has anyone ever wondered WHY he's not a "5 star" dealer? Is it b/c his service sucks? To many complaints? Even Chrysler tells you to find a 5 star dealer when you call to complain about the shoddy workmanship.
