A broad discussion on local M.D.'s bad behavior has taking shape, after Dr. Bruce Pancakes Suicide & subsequent civil lawsuit with 37 claimants in progress. Below is a list of Chattanooga M.D.'s sanctioned by the State Of Tennessee from Jan. 03 to the current report posted on the State’s Website. If you wish to comment on a particular M.D. it is encouraged good or bad. Please begin a new thread with their name as the Subject and comment. Please do not post frivolous information.

1.Leslie Dawn Herman, M.D.Violation: Unprofessional, dishonorable or unethical conduct; violation or attempted
violation, directly or indirectly, or assisting in or abetting the violation of, or conspiring to violate, any provision of this chapter or any lawful order of the board issued pursuant thereto, or any criminal statute of Tennessee; which prohibits habitual intoxication or personal misuse of any drugs or the use of intoxicating liquors, narcotics, controlled substances or other drugs or stimulants in such manner as to adversely affect the person’s ability to practice medicine. Action: License Revoked until completion of Rehabilitation; maintain lifetime advocacy with TMF; assessed $3,000.00 in civil penalties, plus costs. 2.Raymond Joseph Enzenauer, M.D. Violation: Unprofessional, dishonorable or unethical conduct; violated or attempted to violate, directly or indirectly, or assisted in or abetted the violation of, or conspired to violate, any provision of this chapter or any lawful order of the board issued pursuant thereto, or any criminal statute of the state of Tennessee; and engaging in the practice of medicine when mentally or physically unable to safely do so. Action: License Suspended; must submit to evaluation by VCAP or examining committee not more than 45 days prior to applying for reinstatement of his license; assessed cost. 3.Phillip B. Robertson, M.D. Violation: Engaging in the practice of medicine when mentally or physically unable to safely do so. Action: License PERMANENTLY SURRENDERED; assessed costs 4.Adedamola O. Oni, M.D. Violation: unprofessional, dishonorable or unethical conduct Action: License Reprimanded; assessed in $3,000.00 in civil penalties, plus costs 5.Mark T. The insurance folks are way ahead of this information. That is why it is a very good idea to review local hospitals “approved doctors list” when reviewing any doctor credentials. If a doctor is having issues in their practice, they are usually eliminated from the list of approved doctors, who practice within any given hospital first by the liability insurance carrier first! |

Judged: 1 1 It is just unbelievable that Dr. Toolsie is allowed to practice in any state not just TN. Word has it he just went to GA after his many acts of violation in the state of TN. Why can't these border states communicate with each other. He is more than likely doing the same thing in Ga. |
